We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and full of thoughtful touches. The breakfast was fit for a king. The terrace overlooking the Yonne River was extraordinary. And dinner at the bistro was delicious. I'll finish by mentioning the spa, which was clean, calm, and inviting for relaxation. We would have loved to stay longer. Everything was perfect.

We only dined at the restaurant where we ordered the gourmet menu. The food was exceptional from start to finish. In short, I would say that the combination of flavors and textures was perfectly balanced. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The servers were all incredibly attentive, and some were even very pleasant (special mention to the cheesemonger!). I had an unforgettable evening in this magnificent setting. A little tip for future customers: don't underestimate the portions, as the gourmet menu is already quite substantial.

Thank you so much for this extremely pleasant experience. The dishes were thoughtfully prepared with a touch of umami, and the sweetbreads "tsukune" were delicious. The service was fantastic and efficient. We will be back.
