A must-visit restaurant on the Côte Vermeille, and fittingly so, given its name 😉 A true delight for the senses, with beautifully presented dishes, a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, and impeccable service! The panoramic terrace overlooking the port is the perfect spot to savor this gastronomic experience!

Excellent meal for two. A gourmet restaurant experience at an excellent price. The signature dish, the Suquet, is superb. I highly recommend this establishment.

A remarkable experience: a huge congratulations! We frequent many restaurants, but La Côte Vermeille simply blew us away. The welcome was magnificent, the service absolutely impeccable, and the cuisine clearly deserves a Michelin star. A fantastic culinary adventure from start to finish. The atmosphere is intimate and very pleasant. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, we were able to enjoy the terrace thanks to the thoughtfully installed outdoor heaters. The details make all the difference: as a smoker, I particularly appreciated that the ashtray was emptied after each cigarette. The attention given between courses was remarkable: the server would come to chat with us about our experience and explain the chef's approach to each dish. A truly memorable experience. We will certainly recommend you to everyone we know. Thank you to the entire team!

Superb fish restaurant serving perfectly cooked, fresh fish with local wines. Staff were kind and helpful we had a beautiful view over the harbour. Note that although the website and booking service offer tables at 7 pm, the restaurant doesn't actually open until 7:30

Special mention goes to the service, and especially to John, whose attentiveness and passion are truly appreciated. He takes the time to explain the chef's approach, the flavor combinations, and the best way to enjoy each dish. A genuine moment of pleasure, both in terms of the food and the conversation. A truly wonderful meal filled with nostalgia for me, as a native of Port-Vendres. I really enjoyed rediscovering the flavors of my childhood. The presentation is modern, and the flavors and quality of the food are excellent. The service was top-notch, with advice from an experienced waiter and a friendly atmosphere created by a young apprentice! Perfect!

August 2026, once again arrived without a reservation, and received a very personal welcome. We were introduced to the new menu items, including a bonito pissaladière (see photo) that you absolutely must try! The delicious Zarzuela, with its trio of fish, squid, and shrimp, all served with a rich, reduced sauce that's simply irresistible... and to finish, a baba au vieux mar de Baniuls, which is simply divine.
