For me, one of the best restaurants in Haute-Marne. Hearty meals, but above all, excellent, with a friendly team attentive to the customer.

A wonderful discovery during our visit to Thonnance! We're from the North and were accompanied by a regular customer—and what a great idea that was! The welcome was truly warm, and we immediately felt at ease. The dishes were delicious, expertly prepared, and the elegant presentation made us want to eat them even before tasting them. Finally, a lovely selection of coffees, a real treat when you like to take your time. We highly recommend it, and above all: remember to book, it's definitely worth the trip!

Excellent restaurant. We were 16 adults and 6 children yesterday celebrating my birthday. The meal was superb, everything was perfect 👌. The food, service, and welcome were all fantastic! Well done to everyone!
