La cotelette sur Grenoble

A wonderful discovery! The products are of high quality, and the meat was simply excellent—perfectly cooked and flavorful. I especially loved the confit garlic sauce; it was truly delicious. The service is warm and welcoming; you immediately feel at ease. The setting is also superb, particularly the basement room with its stone vaults, which give the place so much charm and character. I had a great time with my friends and I will definitely return. I highly recommend it.

Great traditional cuisine restaurant

Back at this restaurant. I ordered the slow-cooked pork again. I was a little disappointed because some pieces were overcooked and tough. Definitely one piece that was cooked longer than others. A good place for simple and reasonably priced food. The fries, advertised as "homemade," are tasty. They just lack crispness. The charcuterie and cheese platter to share is quite nice, although you could find better. The cheeses are good, the charcuterie a little less so. I recommend avoiding the cheapest white wine by the glass or carafe. In the end, it's expensive and not a great experience. The restaurant is relatively large. The dining room has a retro/flea market feel. It's nice. The servers are attentive and efficient. The same goes for the kitchen. Excellent meat, excellent burger, it's really a very good restaurant.

An unusual and surprising restaurant... A must-see... As for the staff, they are always very welcoming. Rémi is attentive and very friendly... The food is excellent... Everyone I've introduced to this gem agrees... Everything was perfect. Pork confit, steak tartare, ravioli, and much more... Thank you to La Côtelette for delighting us every time.

Just look at the photos I've shared to understand—every detail is tastefully considered 🤍 As for the food… pure bliss 😍 I tried the salmon dish of the day: perfectly cooked, generously topped with salmon and finished with melted cheese—an exceptional balance of flavors. And of course, the must-try traditional steak on the bone, tender and flavorful, accompanied by homemade potatoes and incredible sauces. Every bite was pure pleasure. Everything was incredibly good, from start to finish. Warm service, a friendly atmosphere, and sincere, generous cuisine—you can taste the love for local produce and authentic flavors. 👉 I wholeheartedly recommend La Côtelette to anyone visiting Grenoble. Finding a parking spot near the restaurant is a nightmare! Plan to park at the museum, which isn't "too" far. The interior is quite charming and has a pleasant atmosphere, with good French music playing! The service, however, leaves something to be desired. The servers are slumped over the counter and/or glued to their phones. Aside from that, they were fairly responsive and addressed our complaints appropriately. As for the food, there's not much to complain about; it was good. Personally, I ordered the salmon steak.
