There were four of us, and even though the restaurant was full, we found it unacceptable that the full selection of appetizers was no longer available, and there were no more shrimp... How is such poor management possible? Having to share a menu between two people is one thing, but not having a choice of all the dishes is unacceptable. We were disappointed... We weren't even offered complimentary coffee.
On the other hand, the staff was very friendly, from the waiters to the young sommelier.

A high-end restaurant with a very warm welcome and impeccable service.
The beginning of the meal was simply remarkable: a perfectly executed mushroom velouté and, above all, exceptional foie gras, undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. However, the rest of the meal didn't quite reach the same level of excellence. I was even disappointed by the dessert (blueberry soufflé), which I didn't find to my liking.

We took advantage of the "weekend" package: hotel/meals (drinks option), breakfast, and spa access.
I'll only talk about the Bistrot here!
We received a warm welcome, yet our privacy was respected.
The view into the kitchen adds a convivial touch to the place.
The noise level in the dining room is a bit high, so we could barely hear our sommelier, who was whispering constantly. I have very good hearing, and unfortunately, my husband is hard of hearing, so he couldn't understand a thing!
The Bistrot is worthy of a fine dining establishment. We thoroughly enjoyed both the flavors and the presentation; however, the portions were rather small. It was devoured in three bites.
The drinks option was a major disappointment, costing €35 per person and including an aperitif, two glasses of wine, water, and a hot drink. Aside from the aperitif and the hot drink, the wine glasses were quite small. A third glass wouldn't have been amiss to accompany the cheese or dessert.
We were particularly impressed by the appetizers, the entree, and the petits fours.
Nevertheless, we might consider returning, to reflect on the experience, as all this kindness warms our spirits.

The wow factor wasn't there. We expected better. Kudos to the waiters and waitresses who were smiling and professional. The decor is a bit dated and could use a refresh or update, as it's a bit of a hodgepodge of styles in this bistro that doesn't even really feel like a bistro. The food is good, but as mentioned before, we didn't experience any surprising flavors. We also expected slightly larger portions, but oh well... In short, we went... but we won't be back.

Sincere cuisine, exquisitely prepared and refined, impeccable service, excellent sommelier recommendations… a triumph.
Special mention goes to the quality of the lighting (in the evening) and the discreet music, which nonetheless contributes to the overall experience, where everything has been designed with the guest's enjoyment in mind… A must-try, without a doubt.

A lovely place to enjoy a delightful gastronomic experience.
We opted for the tasting menu, and the dishes were beautifully prepared, expertly crafted, and delicious.
Special mention goes to the chocolate and passion fruit dessert, which was truly excellent.
The service was attentive and refined.
We will gladly return for the mushroom festival in November.

We wholeheartedly recommend this bistro-style restaurant! Excellent value for money in a very pleasant setting. Lunch was a true gastronomic experience for all of us, a feast for the eyes (the presentation of the dishes), the nose, and the palate.
