Overall satisfactory. Great experience. The establishment is very well maintained and the table d'hôtes welcome is remarkable. The quality/price ratio of the dinner could be improved.

Unforgettable experience enjoyed this weekend with the family at the Cour de Lise. The warm welcome, helpfulness, adaptability, simplicity and kindness of Chantal (and her family) won us over. Without forgetting the setting and the cocooning decor in this Alsatian residence which is magical. A very nice place run by very nice people.

Superb experience with our friends this Sunday, November 10, 2024, for brunch. Very warm welcome by the hostess, refined dishes. Also appreciated by our friends. I asked Chantal and her son Timothée to be able to host my monthly Bouge ta Boite meeting with entrepreneurs, a small committee of 13 people where we were welcomed with an infusion and homemade madeleines, the smell still perfumed the place, hummm . Excellent experience during a surprise evening organized by my loved ones with the added help of Chantal upon my arrival 😂. The table and guest rooms had been privatized on this occasion. All the guests enjoyed this break: the rooms, the meal and the welcome were top notch and we had an excellent weekend. Chantal and Timothé, don’t change anything, it’s perfect! We came with friends a week ago, the place is very beautiful and the rooms are well appointed, nicely decorated. Big downside: the owner lacks tact with her customers and is not very explanatory... Arrived at her house = sent to the rooms, without any explanation (breakfast times for example, spa availability, etc.) Let's talk about breakfast: when do we make the difference in breakfast between a group and a couple, if you are a couple, you have pastries (pain au chocolat) but in a group, no pastries, it is not correct to differentiate between customers; In short, it's a shame! Communication with customers is lacking...the rating goes down because of that!

The house is beautiful, ideal for welcoming travelers but there are a few details that spoil the moment. Breakfast is very simple (bread, jam, a few pieces of cheese and brioche). My friend saw pain au chocolat on the next table and asked the owner if we could have some, her answer surprised us: "No! It's a special request and for groups of 8 , I don’t wear any!” The coffee is carafe coffee. We told her that the shower was having trouble draining and the owner said she already knew that.... It's a shame to pay this amount and not have the services up to par...

Magnificent stay, the hosts are super welcoming and accessible, the meals delicious, the room just as pleasant as the relaxing spa area. Beautiful garden, the location is perfect for tranquility and only 30 minutes from Strasbourg, 1 hour from Europapark. If you hesitate, don't hesitate any longer, I recommend La Cour de Lise a thousand times over.
