La Cour de Rémi sur Bermicourt

We stayed here last year on our way back to Calais. It was such a convenient and comfortable stopover that we did not hesitate to do the same this year. The approach to the house is amazing. The room is spacious with a large couch and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, we again were unable to experience the restaurant as it is closed on Mondays, but breakfast hinted at what we were missing - fresh orange juice, homemade bread and preserves and the offer of eggs and other savoury goodies - perfect coffee too. Thanks Dina, we hope to see you again next year.

Excellent. The place is magnificent, the rooms excellent. The breakfast was amazing (Puff pastry brioche of my dreams). The plates 👌🏻👌🏻 We really appreciated the little attention for my Vegetarian friend, the hummus instead of the pork terrine as an appetizer.

(Reviewing hotel as well as restaurant) Another excellent stay. Lovely welcome by Canadian lady . Very spacious bedroom and bathroom on ground floor (Rm 2). Beautiful peaceful surroundings; calm and clean. Excellent breakfast . Evening meal disappointing but may be a matter of taste, we normally enjoy it. Would definitely recommend hotel and will come again.

We came in July for a barn evening on a Sunday evening and it was top notch. Magnificent place, delicious and generous cuisine. Great wine list, great service. Well done and thank you

Our second visit here , our first quite a few years ago but I remember the food . The food is fabulous. It’s good strong flavours. I had the roast asparagus, the slow cooked pork breast with tender potatoes and the chocolate with nuts and ice cream. All absolutely gorgeous. Our room in the eves was nice but I don’t like the tiny toilet in a small cubicle off the bedroom . No window . The rooms Could be so much nicer with a few toilet improvements! Perfect position for the travel back to England via the tunnel .

Probably my favorite restaurant… an exceptional atmosphere and a warm welcome. The feeling of being welcomed into the guest house. A wonderful cuisine, difficult to describe, simple without being too simple, gourmet without being too simple, in short, talent and authenticity 👏👏 and what can we say about the breakfast!
