Another review of La Cour des Sens. Last night, we went to try the truffle menu… and wow! It was flawless from the moment we arrived. From the first amuse-bouches, we immediately understood that we were in for a level of cuisine worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Then, everything unfolded with great skill. At the end of the meal, we couldn't say which dish we preferred, as each one had its own unique character. We found absolutely no fault with this dinner. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience and this exquisite meal. We highly recommend this restaurant and sincerely hope that one day the Michelin Guide will take the time to visit you.

The food was excellent, but it's a shame the service didn't live up to the setting. The waitress was unwelcoming, and we were disappointed by her curt response when we asked to exchange the dessert for a cheese course for our diabetic friend (can you imagine the price of cheese compared to dessert?). The exchange was possible, but with an extra charge, which seemed rather stingy considering the price of the set menus. It's a shame, but we won't be returning, nor will we recommend it.

A truly wonderful discovery of Benjamin Royer's cuisine and his restaurant. We were greeted by the chef himself, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. The dining room is understated and not very large, the table simply illuminated by a small, focused lamp. We chose the five-course tasting menu. The pressed meat and foie gras were a beautiful combination that lightened the foie gras and enhanced the meat. Then came the escargots, which were magnificent, incredibly delicate, and perfectly executed by the chef. Next was the langoustine, a signature dish, cooked on a hot stone and flambéed tableside with mirabelle plum brandy. Excellent. The hare à la royale was also very well prepared. The cheese platter was of high quality. The chocolate dessert was perfectly balanced. The wine list was exceptional. A truly delightful experience. The chef shared a few moments with us at the end of the meal, in a very relaxed and friendly manner. Thank you.

A truly wonderful culinary experience. The pressed beef and foie gras appetizer was excellent. The duck breast with pineapple was cooked to perfection, with a very successful sweet and savory combination. And to finish, a simply superb dessert! A high-quality meal from start to finish. Top-notch service. I highly recommend it.

An excellent New Year's Eve dinner in a simple yet elegant setting. The dishes were refined and flavorful, with beautiful textures, and all of it was made without cream, which is rare but very important to me.

A delightful surprise! Elegant dishes, subtly presented, including langoustines flambéed directly on their black pebbles, with perfect balance of flavors and cooking techniques, such as the incredibly cooked duck. The wine list is equally superb. All this in a serene setting. Highly recommended!
