Cyril and Aimeline Guglielmo deserve every success with the quality, presentation of their beautifully prepared dishes, using local fresh produce. In my opinion this is Michelin star food at a fraction of the price. We are so lucky having them here in St Martin. We've eaten here every week since they opened ....that should speak for itself.

It's a recent takeover, a stone's throw from my house and I've never been there before.
I stopped there one afternoon for lunch with a friend. And I was very pleasantly surprised by the cuisine of the day! It's beautiful, it's good and refined, and all for excellent value for money.
The owners are also very nice. In short, go ahead, let people know. Good addresses like this in our Vendée countryside deserve to be known and encouraged.
What to say ! Thanks boss ! New managers for 15 days. Succulent dishes, excellent fresh Brouilly products and a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere on birthdays as well as those of the boss. Excellent atmosphere, theme evening or karaoke once a month at the beginning of the month. It's really worth the detour. I recommend 100%.
