La Credogne sur Paslieres

A real delight and pleasure, a treat (fried bleak, top-notch staff who complement each other) the owner of the restaurant reminded me of the famous Mère Brazier of Lyon and Alice en Gare Noalhat, another era.

We had a wonderful meal today at this country restaurant, seated on the shaded and breezy terrace: calf's head, frog legs, and hanger steak skewers. The welcome was friendly and the service efficient. Well done!

Very well located, easy to park. I would have liked to post photos but couldn't. The calf's head is to die for. The owner is a bit eccentric, but it's tolerable. The service was limited.

Every time I go down to Auvergne, it's an opportunity for me to go to La Credogne for the frog legs and fried fish... It's a classic and never disappoints. Other dishes are available such as calf's head, homemade foie gras, veal stew... the menu changes regularly... An address I recommend without hesitation.

We came for a family meal and received a warm welcome. The food was plentiful and delicious; everything was wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant.
