La Cremaillere sur Greoux-Les-Bains

Everything was perfect!! We had a great stay and the team is fantastic. We only want one thing: to come back soon!

5-night stay. Very pleasant, beautifully decorated rooms, very friendly staff (special mention to the receptionist we had on the first day and the gentleman from Compiègne who worked for breakfast). However, I have two small things that would make me think about returning: - Breakfast ended too early for us, as we weren't spa guests. A vacation in the south means maximum relaxation for us :) (but that's a very personal opinion). - Unheated pool. For a 4-star hotel, I find it disappointing. On nice days, you have to be motivated to get going, but it works. But we arrived the day after a storm, and I think the water temperature was 18/19... not what you expect after a 9-hour drive south. Aside from that, the quiet establishment and attentive staff make it a pleasure to spend a few days there.

Good value for money; we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a superior room even though we had booked a standard room for two nights. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The only slight drawback was that the breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price, and the coffee was really not good.
