We just completed a 6-day wellness retreat at Mas de la Crémaillère in Gréoux-les-Bains and we left feeling absolutely delighted.
A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. We were surrounded by attentive staff from beginning to end, always with a smile and genuine care.
The establishment is pleasant, relaxing, and perfectly suited for recharging during a wellness retreat. We felt truly at ease there.
Thank you again to all the staff for this wonderful break of relaxation and tranquility. We will gladly return.

Does not deserve the advertised 4 stars. The room was passable, there was noise in the hallway, and the pool was out of order in May!

This is the third time I've chosen Mas de la Crémaillere for a three-week spa treatment at the Gréoux-les-Bains thermal baths. Having stayed there in 2018 and 2019 and having experienced excellent service, I had no initial concerns. However, this is the first year that the half-board option didn't include meals on Wednesdays and Thursdays, only a set menu with two options served by the reception staff, who clearly don't provide this service. This is not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff, however, were very professional and extremely friendly, and the food was excellent.

This was our first time taking a spa treatment in Gréoux-les-Bains for rheumatology and ENT. I'd never wanted to go to a spa before, thinking it was only for "old people." But since my wife and I were increasingly needing it, we decided to go for it. We wanted to combine business with pleasure, which is why we chose Le Mas de la Crémaillère. We don't regret it at all; we were delighted with our stay. The hotel, managed by the Chaîne Thermale du Soleil, is a calm, relaxing, and enchanting place in a beautiful Mediterranean garden. It's close to the thermal baths (an 8-minute walk). There's free secure parking and a drop-off zone. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bedding and amenities are modern and functional (a very nice walk-in shower, complimentary coffee and tea, a refrigerator, a safe, and a TV with Canal+ and Netflix). We opted for full board, and the cuisine was exceptional. Every meal (refined, varied, and creative) was a delight for the senses. As someone who doesn't often eat fish, I absolutely loved it. Breakfast is incredible, the perfect way to start the day: a wide selection of high-quality sweet and savory products, often locally sourced. The parsley ham is delicious, there's fresh fruit, artisanal yogurt… a real treat! The staff is incredibly attentive, welcoming, helpful, and kind. There's a lovely Provençal market on Thursday mornings until 1:00 PM. In short, we had a wonderful holiday (and a very good spa treatment). I highly recommend it.
