15/08/2025: In summary: Good but lacking balance. The price/quality ratio is not up to scratch. We came for the special Fireworks evening on the evening of August 15th. A single menu with a choice of 3 starters, 2 main courses, and 2 desserts. We expected it to be well-executed. Starter: Foie gras, good but accompanied by cornbread that was too hard / Main course: Very tender turbot with cauliflower in several ways and... a boiled potato / Dessert: Chocolate in several ways. A crumble was advertised but presented under ice and completely absent. Despite everything, the service remains pleasant.

14/08/2025: We're spending part of our vacation at Les Bulles de Mer. The hotel restaurant appears to be independently run and is called Les Ganivelles. This wasn't our first time here. The ambiance and location are excellent. The service is very good and super friendly, albeit occasionally distracted. There's currently a dessert called "Must-Have Tiramisu," which more than lives up to its name and is truly delicious. Not only is the taste amazing, but the texture is as well. We recently had fish, a perfect tuna steak and sea bass fillet. The idea for the side dishes and the decorations were also understandable. Unfortunately, both of today's meat menus received 0 points due to the quality of the meat. However, this shouldn't affect the otherwise good rating for now.
