Good pastries with really affordable prices. The two ladies who served us were very friendly. Right opposite the station, very convenient for a breakfast before jumping on the train.

We discovered this delicious cream and cherry duo cake in the Halles de Bayonne. And for our second visit to the market we took 6 for our rural walks. With a friendly exchange with the saleswoman :)

Two sandwich menus with drink and dessert. The sheep sandwich is ordinary with soft and elastic bread (surprising for a bakery), 3 very thin slices of cheese and a few salad leaves, no seasoning: butter, mayonnaise, mustard or pickles. Quite disappointing... And dessert, a cherry clafoutis, also very average. Too bad because the ratings made us hope for a much better meal.

Discovery of the Basque cake with cream and cherry cream, which I found really sweet (maybe it was intended that way), it's a must as a tourist. Welcoming and warm atmosphere in the brand's two boutiques. Products packaged with care. As for the pastry, I had a piece of flan, which without being bad, is a 4.5/10.

Hello! My 12 year old son is working on a project involving French and gateaux basque. He’s already made one gateaux basque. He has to present his project to his class next month. 04/09/2024: In a lounge musical atmosphere, we had the pleasure of sharing several starters. Everything was fresh and homemade. The cecina croquettes, 3 in number, were well stocked and very good. Accompanied by a little wasabi mayonnaise to spice it all up. The duck breast was cooked to perfection accompanied by polenta. Everything came together very well and the seasoning was well done. Regarding the lobster roll, it was delicious and tasty. The brioche was tender, the pieces of lobster and prawns were very present.
28/08/2024: Everything I hoped for. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful.
