We had a great experience. We came on a Sunday evening without a reservation.
The service was friendly and quick. The galettes were delicious, and the menu was extensive.

It's complicated to eat at a crêperie on a Friday evening in August without a reservation and without wanting to eat super early like the chickens! Despite this, we were greeted by a very friendly and smiling waitress. However, the manager at the till was unfriendly, didn't say a word when we paid, not even a smile or a thank you. As for the crêpes, they were rather ordinary, and I doubt the mushrooms were fresh. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the meal.

I can't comment on the food because we didn't get a chance to eat, but I'm leaving this review as a helpful resource for people with celiac disease. There was a person with celiac disease in our group, and although we saw in other reviews that they had gluten-free galettes, we asked and the kitchen staff confirmed that there was cross-contamination because they use the same griddles for everyone and don't clean them. They preferred not to serve us to avoid any risk.

Luckily we arrived early because within minutes both rooms were full.
The galettes were excellent. My partner and I also opted for sweet cider. Frankly, it was delicious, one of the best I've ever tasted. My partner also particularly enjoyed the batter of his sweet (wheat) crêpe. I agree with him. The ingredients were perfectly balanced, providing just the right amount without being overwhelming.
The restaurant's decor was warm and inviting. The staff was also quick and friendly. A great little find in Vannes.

The crepes were very good, and the price was reasonable.
The staff was very pleasant.
It's a shame that the air conditioning advertised in the window wasn't adequate inside. This is a shame for the customers and out of respect for the sweaty employees.
There wasn't even a window to create a semblance of a breeze.
We didn't order dessert, even though it looked appetizing.
We were drenched in sweat.
We ate very quickly.
It's a pity that no sufficient measures were taken at this time of year!

We tried this crêperie during our stay, just passing by. The welcome was very warm, the waitresses were smiling and friendly. There was a wide selection, and we weren't disappointed.

Having already visited in April, we were impressed by the crepes. But in August, we unfortunately enjoyed them much less, finding them lacking in flavor. It remains to be seen if this was simply a temporary setback due to the increased customer traffic.
