A wonderful inn where the food is fantastic.
Everything is delicious, and you can even have afternoon tea there.
The welcome is always warm and friendly with a smile 😃
Pets are welcome, even horses, for which I thank them 🙏

Uchon, with its unique panoramic view of the Morvan region and its highest point at 900m, offers a stunning vista. Follow the signs into the forest to discover the crumbling stone perched atop another rock – have fun making it move! Then, refresh yourself and even have a meal at the Auberge de la Croix Messir Jean, which has designated areas for campervans. Take a stroll through the forest, following the signs, to recharge your batteries.

We stayed two days on the campervan pitch, thank you for this shady and free spot!! We would have liked to have a meal at the inn but didn't have enough time!! We will come back to try your menus, all the best.

A wonderful, peaceful night, especially cool under the trees. A magnificent hike all around in a beautiful, cool forest. The inn has very friendly hosts. We bought some food to take away: local ham, delicious goat cheese, and the blueberry tart was amazing. Well done! A very pleasant stopover in our campervan.
We'll be back.
