A wonderful discovery today at this restaurant. As we were part of a group, we were taken care of promptly and everything went very smoothly. The dishes were beautifully presented and generous.
I highly recommend it; we will definitely be back.

We just left this lovely restaurant. I'm from Vauvert, very close to Gallargues, so I certainly don't regret the short trip. The welcome was very warm and the food was exquisite, all at a very reasonable price. I loved the pike-perch fillet. I highly recommend this place.

I'd eaten there a few years ago with my family and I vaguely remembered it being pretty good.
I went back for lunch today, and honestly, it was incredible! Besides being beautifully presented, it was delicious! Fresh ingredients, a great atmosphere, and a fantastic menu!
The set menus are very reasonably priced considering the quality of the food!
I highly recommend it!
