La Cuisine à l'Authentique sur Mazingarbe

Tried it yesterday for the first time, impeccable, everything was great: welcome, atmosphere, quality of food. A small downside was a hesitant waiter, but I think he's just starting out, so it's a minor detail. Also, a little snack with the aperitif would be welcome, but I highly recommend it.

A pleasant evening, impeccable service, a very good meal, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

The food is delicious, with a set menu on a chalkboard. The staff is very friendly, although the service was a little slow.

A really nice restaurant, excellent food, friendly service, attentive to the customer, I highly recommend it
