A truly wonderful culinary discovery! We went twice in one week, mainly for the baby squid with parsley and garlic, and an exquisite monkfish with chorizo! But all the dishes are excellent, and the service is impeccable and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

A wonderful discovery! A warm welcome, great value for money, with generous and truly delicious dishes. Special mention for the "Childhood Memories" dessert, absolutely delicious! A real treat and a lovely way to end the meal. 😍 We'll definitely be back!

A truly wonderful discovery! The quality of the dishes was exceptional, with excellent ingredients and perfectly executed cooking. Special mention goes to the duck breast, which was simply outstanding: probably the best I've ever had! The sauce was also remarkable, beautifully balanced and perfectly complementing the meat. The desserts were equally delicious and provided a perfect ending to the meal. We also greatly appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of the servers, who were very friendly and attentive. A particularly thoughtful touch: we were offered rillettes due to a slight wait for our meals, a gesture we greatly appreciated. However, we did find the atmosphere a little too noisy for our liking, and the rather simple and casual furnishings felt somewhat out of place given the quality and care put into the cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for the quality of the food and particularly for the duck breast, which is definitely worth the trip!

Perfect place to spend the holidays in Dax 🎉

Very friendly staff, despite the crowds (Dax festival), very attentive to customers' needs. Warm atmosphere, air conditioning is very good, though not always sufficient.

Excellent duck burger with foie gras, we thoroughly enjoyed it! Truly homemade food. In addition, the service was quick, the waitress very pleasant, and the owner welcoming.

Second reservation... just like the first. Dinner on the terrace... exquisite local produce. I highly recommend the foie gras... the duck... and everything else, without reservation. Excellent menu. Fast service and friendly, attentive staff. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful evening enjoying delicious, high-quality dishes at excellent value. (Squid, tuna tataki, palova with fruit jams...) Congratulations to the chefs, the waiter who gave us great advice on the dishes and was so kind, and to the manager. I highly recommend this restaurant.

An exceptional culinary experience! I went to La Cuisine in Dax and it was flawless from start to finish. I absolutely loved the foie gras with apples and Armagnac: a pure marvel, incredibly delicate, it literally melts in your mouth! You can immediately taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients, prepared with care and generosity. The setting is very pleasant and spacious, and the welcome was particularly warm. A huge thank you for this excellent evening; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end! I highly recommend it.
