We celebrated our wedding the first weekend of August at La Demeure d’Ogust, for three days, and we honestly couldn't have dreamed of a more beautiful place to experience this very important moment for us. Our wedding brought together our two cultures, French and Indian, with different celebrations and atmospheres throughout the weekend. La Demeure d’Ogust played a major role in the success of these three days, both through the beauty and layout of the venue and through the kindness, availability, and invaluable advice of its owners, Jean-Michel and Patricia. The estate is absolutely magnificent. The grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained, while the interior has immense charm, with its Breton style and magnificent exposed stone walls. The different spaces allowed us to create several different atmospheres and give our guests a truly memorable wedding weekend. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue, and for our part, we had an even more wonderful weekend than we had imagined. We also greatly appreciated the option of accommodating some of our loved ones directly on-site in the guest rooms, which offered every comfort. A huge thank you as well to the manager for her kindness, availability, and flexibility throughout our stay. The location of the Demeure is also a real asset. Its proximity to Rennes, Combourg, and the surrounding towns allowed our guests to easily find accommodations and also to take advantage of their visit to explore the region and organize activities before or after the wedding. Finally, we would like to extend a special thank you to Jean-Michel and Patricia. Thank you for your time, advice, attentiveness, flexibility, and availability, both during the planning stages and on our wedding day. We know all the work and investment that goes into a venue like this, and we are incredibly happy to have chosen La Demeure d’Ogust to celebrate such an important moment in our lives. We rented Ogust for our wedding in July 2025. We were delighted with our choice of Ogust for our wedding! We were captivated by the verdant setting, the rustic atmosphere of the venue, and the flexibility of the services offered by the owners. We also used the shuttle to safely transport our guests. Following other reviews, we checked upon arrival that everything was working properly regarding the cold storage and refrigerators during our weekend. We encountered no problems at all. The only slight drawback was that, given the flexibility offered by the venue, some items were also present even though we hadn't requested them (too many chairs or tables, as well as some of the owner's DJ equipment, which we had to put away before our weekend). Thank you, Jean-Michel and Patricia, for this wonderful weekend.

We were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding in early July at La Demeure d'Ogust, and we cherish the memories. This place is simply magnificent and proved to be the perfect setting for the bohemian wedding we envisioned. Everything was perfect: the reception room for the meal, the dance floor under the veranda, and especially the superb outdoor cocktail reception under the arbors, which created a magical atmosphere for our summer day. But what truly made the difference was Jean-Michel and Patricia. Available, attentive, and professional, they guided us throughout the preparations with great kindness, always ready to answer our questions. On the big day, their invaluable help with the setup and their attentive presence contributed to making it absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to them both. This place will forever be etched in our memories.

What a sublime venue for a private event! All the guests and I were captivated and charmed. The spaces are adaptable and guarantee absolute comfort, and the setting is truly beautiful. The sun was shining, and we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces equally. The venue offers services and equipment of remarkable quality.
