We looked for a place for lunch and following previous reviews, we went to eat at La Détente. This is a very nice discovery. Everything was perfect. A very friendly and family welcome, optimal, attentive and friendly service. And the dishes were very good and plentiful. This Friday, it was fillet of saithe with chorizo ​​sauce and zucchini and sweet potato rösti. A killer dish, worthy of more upscale restaurants. It was excellent and unbeatable value for money. I often go to restaurants for my job, and this one is definitely in my top 3. Remember to book because a victim of its great success, tables are quickly taken. We know where to go when we pass through Rennes around lunch.
