Highly recommended restaurant; it's not your typical gas station diner, but rather a beautiful spot right next to the Canal du Midi. The menu features high-quality dishes, beautifully presented, and generous portions. The service is impeccable and very efficient. I highly recommend a visit.

The cassoulet was excellent; we saw a report by the CMQCB journalist and followed her recommendations. We weren't disappointed, and I recommend this restaurant for a gourmet experience.

A very good stop on this motorway, it saved us from having to get out to look for a good restaurant, Johanna and her colleagues are very welcoming and smiling, and in addition we ate very well, I recommend it to all my motorhome friends.

For many years, I dreamed of stopping there to enjoy a real cassoulet during our family trips to the coast.
It finally came to fruition, as we were there at the perfect time for lunch. We received a warm welcome from the owner himself, followed by a very helpful and attentive young waiter. The cassoulet was excellent, although I found it slightly too peppery. It was so much nicer than the anonymous motorway service stations or the big American chains.

November 8th was a bad day for service. We come about 3 or 4 times a year and are always very satisfied. It's a "must-stop" for us. The welcome was very cold, from someone who clearly didn't want to be there and who wasn't the person who usually seats us. The meal was good, except the sausage was a bit dry. It took at least 30 minutes for dessert. We can understand that, but this place is usually more welcoming, and our neighbors at the next table felt the same way.
