Excellent cuisine. A real pleasure to find a restaurant on a highway journey. Careful service, welcoming staff, an atypical tavern-style setting on the water's edge and a more than satisfactory culinary experience. In short: to discover!!!

A real restaurant (one of the last independent restaurants) on a motorway rest area: everything is quality: the welcome, the service, the cuisine; excellent. But how do we manage to accept eating in the industrial restaurants on all our highways: it's lamentable: thank you Mr Jacques Borel, you have emulated the issue of junk food. Dominique Pichon.

Always nice to come to dinner to enjoy a cassoulet. I don't like their salad as an appetizer, but for the cassoulet, no worries, it's still just as good!! Very warm welcome and friendly server. Very large camper van parking without problem.

Restaurant with a good location next to the canal du Midi lake. We went several times for a cassoulet and it turns out spectacular.

The place is superb. The service is fast and attentive (they agreed to change the garnish on a dish to please my daughter) And it's good ! And hearty!
