Repas entre amis nous étions 5 entrée plat et desserts au top un régal total jusqu’au choix du vin tout impeccable Seul bémol c’est le petit parking qui se remplit vite sinon tout au top

Our recent extended stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade upon arrival, this positive gesture was marred by several inconveniences. One of the main frustrations was the lack of hot water in our room for the duration of our stay. This required us to use the spa shower, which definitely affected our comfort and experience. In addition, the room was very poorly lit (n°102). Although the spa is an attractive aspect of the hotel, we were disappointed to find that it was not well equipped. However, it should be noted that the price was still reasonable. We hoped for a commercial gesture from the management to compensate for the inconveniences we encountered, which we unfortunately did not obtain. Despite these inconveniences, we would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible under the given circumstances. In summary, although our experience was marked by some negatives, we recognize the positives as well as the efforts of the staff in meeting our needs. We hope our feedback will help improve future stays for guests of this hotel.

The positive points the location and the staff very professional. The negative is more of a 3 star than a 4. Stained carpets in the common areas Poor breakfast and insufficient cleanliness.

We were received by Florian in a very welcoming manner, he took great care of us both in terms of service and advice on visiting the city and eating out. It clearly added value to the very beautiful place that this hotel is. I highly recommend coming to spend a night in this haven of peace.

We had dinner at this restaurant on a Friday evening. We had a great time. A very nice setting, dishes elaborated and prepared to perfection, a very pleasant service (thank you Michel!) and even beautiful tableware! Go there, you will enjoy yourself!

Maakte gebruik van de transatten rond de zwemkom, de leeszaal is er grandioos. De kamers zijn ingericht als apprt hotel. Privée parking is mooi meegenomen zeker in seizoen hier. De restaurant met hoge tafels en krukken vind ik tof. Er is een codeslot van het wandelbruggetje over de peyne naar het centrum.

Disappointing. The rooms are really in their original state and need a refresh. Booked a room last minute (there were several rooms left) and was put in a room with 2 small beds. The bedding really wasn't great. What's more, the curtains were not blackout. I saw the outside lights when I went to bed, and during the day when I woke up. In short, it's the kind of base you expect to have with a 4*.

The restaurant part is killer. The spa part is very pleasant. The establishment is very well located and easily accessible for a vehicle.
