Everything at the top with the bellissima Giulia💃🏻🇮🇹❤️, the pasta buona buona, the chocolate mousse very copious and always delicious, nothing to complain about except when will another fabbrica open in the 14th, village Pernety !!!! Bacio a Tutti and don’t give up Alain. 🔥🕺🏼

I am a loyal customer and super fan of Fabbrica cuisine but I admit that this time the cuisine was not up to what I had experienced...I tasted the ravioli at the truffle and I found them acidic. My brother had beef with penne and the pasta seemed too salty... My mother was the only one satisfied with our favorite Norma dish - eggplant pasta. In short, Mamma was certainly not there this day.

Petit morceau d'Italie dans Paris ! Cuisine italienne classique mais attention ici pas de pizzas... Plats de pâtes avec d'excellentes sauces, viandes et vins. Du basique, du classique maîtrisés. Salle un peu bruyante quand elle est remplie.

20/12/2024: Hello everyone who reads this review, I would like to express all my gratitude to the SONATA BROCHANT pizzeria. For what ? Working at La Maison de la Conversation, located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, we encountered a last-minute unexpected incident with our caterer. By chance and thanks to their immense dedication, the SONATA pizzeria agreed to urgently prepare 20 delicious pizzas and 35 incredibly tasty desserts for us! Everything was done in record time, without ever compromising quality. Every bite was a real treat. This is why I highly recommend this generous and authentic pizzeria where you will be welcomed with the greatest care. The team, from the waiters to the cooks, are not only very friendly, but their food is simply excellent. Once again, a huge THANK YOU to SONATA BROCHANT! 04/12/2024: Abbiamo mangiato una vera pizza, la pizza Sinfonia veramente ottima! Il titolare gentilissimo e il suo consiglio è stato molto apprezzato.
04/12/2024: Una pizza fantastica!! È strano dirlo per un italiano, ma forse è la pizza più buona che abbia mai mangiato. Nemmeno in Italia ho assaggiato una pizza così buona. Un impasto croccante e leggero, ho mangiato la pizza Sinfonia. Come dice il nome era una sinfonia di sapori: lo speck croccante, i pomodori datterino, la granella di pistacchio, la provola e la bufala, in bocca si fondevano in armonia!! Complimenti davvero!! Molto simpatico anche il titolare Gaetano che ci ha consigliato veramente bene!!
