Superb establishment, we were all very well served. The meal was excellent, very tasty and generous portions. The setting is simply magnificent and the servers were friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A bistro-style meal that's good for you.
A warm atmosphere and homemade cuisine. There's something special about this establishment, open year-round.
The chef and server are present and guide you through the meal.
Seasonal dishes in the purest tradition: beef Rossini, rack of lamb, kidneys in sauce—it's delicious, and there's a touch of theatricality in the presentation.
The beef was slightly overcooked, but that happens when it's cooked to order.
Thank you for everything; we enjoyed it, and my husband was delighted and full of praise.
My son loved the lobster risotto.

Yes, good food can evoke emotions. And this New Year's Eve dinner was certainly filled with them. A thousand flavors in each course, ingredients of breathtaking quality, surprising combinations that never clashed. The Aups truffle, with its subtle aroma, reconciled me with this mushroom, which usually overpowers every other flavor and ends up being cloying. The meat was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The soufflé dessert—what a brilliant idea! So light, so flavorful.
And my culinary epiphany: the foie gras bonbon with raspberry. Absolutely divine.
Thank you for giving us a wonderful New Year's Eve; this dinner was magical.

My favorite restaurant for the cold season! Exceptional cuisine, yet unpretentious. One small drawback: the departure of our favorite and irreplaceable waiter, two seasons ago I think… It's always a shame when two friends fall out and can't reconcile; meanwhile, the customers suffer and don't forget…
