We did chefs table, it was a phenomenal experience

We booked this property for our 50th wedding anniversary. We appreciated the sequence of dishes, combining simplicity and sophistication. We deplored organic pinot noir, even though it's trendy. What is the point of producing a wine that is fragile and cannot age? A little sulphite would have made for a perfect food-wine pairing.

Quite a unique restaurant. The location is a bit remote (be cautious if you use google maps not to take the muddy path on the right when coming from Beaune) and the building doesn't look like a restaurant. Food is gorgeous and wine selection makes it possible to discover interesting producers. Be ready to chat with your neighbors if you seat at the large table.

Une belle expérience gustative avec un menu de produits frais et cuisinés avec beaucoup de finesse; une carte des vins remarquable. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, encore merci au chef pour tous ces délices de la mise-en-bouche au dessert.
