Visiting a traditional pub for the first time, I was extremely disappointed to find fries cooked in sunflower oil! The very unpleasant owner told me that this was for vegetarians and that he wouldn't change his ways. So, no fries cooked in oil at this establishment...

Delicious carbonnade.
Friendly welcome.
Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy.
The exterior looks very pleasant, but we went in the evening.
There were some unpleasant remarks about what was left on the plate. Since customers don't serve themselves, I don't see the point.

First time and definitely not the last! The carbonnade was amazing, the family with Maroilles cheese, everything was delicious. The owners are lovely, the staff are top-notch. If I win the lottery, I'll buy it back and double the salaries! 😁😁😁

Very nice table, just too noisy, but that's just my opinion.
