What a transformation in the last two years! We've gone from 1 to 5 stars 👏. Well done to the new team 👍! Warm welcome 👍! Top-notch service 👍! Excellent fondue 😋😋😋 I've never tasted one so good. In short, everything is great, keep it up and we'll gladly come back next year. With one or two small improvements and it will be perfect. 👍👏 Best of luck!

A super cozy restaurant just a little higher up the mountain, but what delicious pizzas they have there! The secret of Val Thorens!!! 😋. New owner since 2026 and great food. Unfortunately, it was our last evening, otherwise we would have gone again 🙂!

13/06/2026: If time machines existed, they would probably look like Le Grenier de Pépé! From the moment you step inside, you're captivated by the completely unique decor, a delightful mix of mementos, unusual objects, and humorous touches that make you feel like you're rummaging through the attic of a grandfather who was as much a collector as he was a prankster. You spend your time looking everywhere, smiling, and discovering a new, amusing detail. A special mention goes to the restrooms, and this isn't just a cliché: they almost deserve a guided tour all on their own! Rarely has a necessary stop been so entertaining. As for the food, nothing is left to chance. The cuisine is generous, flavorful, and prepared with care. The ingredients are expertly handled, and the portions are generous enough to leave you feeling satisfied. All this at very reasonable prices, which is becoming almost as rare a quality as some of the decor. Add to that a warm and genuine welcome, and you have a place where you don't just come to eat, but to have a truly wonderful time. A word of advice: allow plenty of time. Between your meal and exploring the decor, you might end up staying longer than planned... and leaving with a smile. 😄🍽️🏺

05/05/2026: We had a wonderful experience at Chez Augustine; the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We had the opportunity to try their specialties last year, and they were delicious. This year we sampled dishes from the new menu, and the beef cheek was excellent! The service is welcoming, attentive, and professional. We can't wait to return!
05/05/2026: A superb place. We returned to this restaurant two years in a row, and both times we were greeted by Sarah, who was always smiling and attentive. Her professionalism was remarkable. Beyond the delicious raclette we enjoyed, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We hope to return again next year!
