Even though I'm not from the Landes region, I was still welcomed by a passionate chef who expertly manages his kitchen using top-quality ingredients! Simply put, there were four of us, we had a wonderful meal, we loved it, and we'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Pure bliss for the taste buds in a unique little corner of Landes gastronomy – from duck confit to duck breast strips and duck cutlet (all served with homemade fries cooked in duck fat), finishing with homemade chocolate mousse… we were in heaven. We also had a lovely chat with the chef-owner, who speaks with passion about his craft and what he prepares. Thank you to him for preserving this authentic, local French cuisine.
