Even though I'm not from the Landes region, I was still welcomed by a passionate chef who expertly manages his kitchen using top-quality ingredients! Simply put, there were four of us, we had a wonderful meal, we loved it, and we'll definitely be back! Thank you!

A warm welcome, top-notch cuisine with duck as the star ingredient. The tapas platter immediately sets the tone. The steak tartare and the "Papé" platter are excellent. We'll be back to try the rest of the menu and take on the "Papé" challenge. Thank you. See you soon. 😉

Pure bliss for the taste buds in a unique little corner of Landes gastronomy – from duck confit to duck breast strips and duck cutlet (all served with homemade fries cooked in duck fat), finishing with homemade chocolate mousse… we were in heaven. We also had a lovely chat with the chef-owner, who speaks with passion about his craft and what he prepares. Thank you to him for preserving this authentic, local French cuisine. 27/05/2026: The terrace was very pleasant, and the service was friendly and quick. That's undoubtedly what will make us want to come back. However, the price-quality ratio is exaggerated: the burger was good but standard and not particularly generous... 22 euros for St. Médard is a bit too expensive. The salad and carpaccio aren't really prepared dishes... so it's difficult to give a definitive opinion. We'll have to see what other dishes they offer.

As a long-time loyal customer, I am never disappointed by this restaurant, which perfectly blends simplicity and refinement. From the welcome to the service, and of course, the food itself, it's always absolutely flawless. This warm and inviting place offers a varied menu of dishes made with fresh, local, high-quality, and seasonal ingredients. In winter, the cozy and inviting interior is perfect for a relaxing lunch or dinner break, while in warmer weather, the huge shaded terrace becomes a true haven of peace. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness.
