We ate there one evening by chance, after spending the day at Europapark. We were very well received. The flames are excellent and the green salad is killer. My son Paul, 11 years old, loved it. We left with the little secret of good salad dressing. A big thank you to the boss!!! We will try to come back before you retire!! Wonderful establishment!
We went there on Sunday evening. The atmosphere is simple and family. The owner and the waitress are very pleasant and smiling.
They welcome you as if you were regulars.

An absolute recommendation! The Earl Ferme Du Truly restaurant is a real gem. The tarte flambées are simply delicious – crispy, perfectly topped and prepared with love. A highlight is the incredibly warm owner, who passionately ensures the well-being of her guests. You immediately feel welcome and completely comfortable. If you are looking for a special culinary experience, you should definitely stop by here!
We came to eat tartes flambées and no one was disappointed. Very good place to taste this Alsatian specialty, all in a friendly room. They only serve that but it's more than enough.

What a great place! Farm where you can enjoy delicious classic or Munster tarte flambées on Saturday and Sunday evenings. Children and parents had a blast! Everything is homemade. Even desserts. Adorable boss very attentive to customers. Friendly place without frills. I recommend ++++
