Ferme Guichard is a really great restaurant in the French Jura. Although you have to drive a long distance over mountain passes, you are more than rewarded by the location and the food. The house exudes the rustic charm of an Alpine inn paired with excellent cuisine and a young, enthusiastic service team. The
Meat was prepared in such a way that we could finish roasting it ourselves on a hot stone. Perfect timing in the kitchen and excellent quality of the meat (venison, lamb) are a prerequisite for this. There were also matching wines from the Haute Savoie region, a delicious dessert and we enjoyed a great evening on a warm summer night.

On the terrace this summer, the setting was magnificent! But the “Alpine chalet” style interior is also worth it.
Always excellent food and service (this is our fourth time here). A big favorite for the original way of cooking your own meat on a hot stone!
We highly recommend!

Excellent ! Very warm welcome, delicious, original, tasty, generous dishes. Just accept (this is important to note for some), that for all of this, we must accept to be somewhat patient and helpful over a certain period of time. We recommend and will come back.

Discovery of a restaurant, nestled in the heights of Hauteville, where nothing disturbs a tasty meal, cuisine from a short supply chain.
Elegant but simple dishes.
A glass of Bugey as an aperitif, accompanied by beef tartaredz, a little nugget.
The liver cake with crayfish sauce, a treat.
The game deer steak, cooked on a slate, made from prasinite, brings authenticity to the dish, where everyone can cook their meat according to their desires.
A discovery full of charm and authenticity.
To do again for the fondues offered.

People have been talking to me about this restaurant for a long time. At the top and bottom of the mountains at the same time. A quiet place. A spot of plenitude. Even in the middle of summer, freshness awaits you. A terrace worthy of the name.
Pleasant service, impeccable hygiene, an exceptional menu.
I'll let you discover it.

Excellente auberge en pleine nature.
Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace. Le chef est venu nous demander si tout se passait bien.
Les plats sont généreux et très bons .
Nous avions choisi le steak tartare qui peut être accompagné de différentes salades et de frites .
Les salades composées sont également excellentes avec la possibilité de faire un mix .
En dessert une tarte rhubarbe maison (une tuerie).
En résumé, tous les ingrédients pour passer un très bon moment.
Le beau temps étant de la partie nous avons mangé en terrasse mais l'intérieur très bien décoré doit être très sympa .
