Excellent products, refined cuisine, warm service

A timeless escape, nestled between mountains, fine dining, and tranquility! We spent a romantic weekend at this newly opened bed and breakfast… unbeknownst to us, we were the very first guests, and how lucky we were! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with simplicity, attentiveness, and authenticity, in a place where every detail seems thoughtfully chosen. The room is warm and inviting, blending wood and stone with exquisite taste and high-quality materials. The peace and quiet are profoundly soothing: the room is remarkably quiet and perfectly soundproofed, despite being located directly above the restaurant. The king-size bed, comfortable bedding, generous tea and coffee tray (a much-appreciated touch), and above all, the breathtaking mountain view made our stay deeply rejuvenating. We were fortunate to enjoy splendid weather with both snow and sunshine: a truly breathtaking scene. The breakfasts, prepared with great care by the chef, are a truly special experience. He knows how to personalize and elevate local products: two memorable breakfasts, as beautiful as they were delicious. He also guided us to two superb snowshoeing excursions, a real bonus. And we were so glad we had thought to book the restaurant! Here, the farm is a truly convivial experience to share, and clearly, word gets around. The place is welcoming and warm, and the waitresses are discreet, efficient, and attentive. As for the cuisine, it's generous and sophisticated, with something to satisfy every taste: meats grilled on hot stones, flavorful dishes, and a special mention for the fondue in bread, a true revelation. We left feeling peaceful, amazed, and deeply refreshed, with the impression of having experienced much more than just a simple stay. An ideal place for a romantic weekend, a nature and gourmet break, or simply to reconnect with what truly matters. We wholeheartedly recommend this place… and we will definitely be back.
