Une super expérience depuis le temps que j'en avais entendu parlé, enfin j'ai testé et adoré ! Des portions généreuses dans tous les plats, même les entrées.... petit conseil : n'hésitez pas à goûter la planche avec viande de cerf sur pierre chaude, elle est exquise.....et le gratin juste divin.... sans oublier le tartare en entrée....bravo chef ! Ne passez pas à côté des desserts.... mais je ne peux pas vous recommander un en particulier tellement le choix est varié et attrayant ... énormes coupes glacées, crème brûlée excellente, soufflé glacé et son coulis myrtilles juste sublime.... En apéro, la coupe châtaigne est originale et la bugey plus classique, toutes les deux vous mettent en appétit ....à tester absolument et sans attendre mais n'oubliez pas de réserver à l'avance ! Pour info, la resa sur internet fonctionne très bien, très pratique surtout à n'importe quel moment. A savoir que la salle peut recevoir presque 80 couverts par service mais les serveuses sont sympas, rapides et efficaces, ça fait plaisir 😁 Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce bon moment gustatif 😋 on reviendra tester la fondue car il paraît qu'elle en fait fondre plus d'un.... Si vous êtes 4, vous pouvez réserver une des 2 tables rondes en forme de tonneau, très originale !

Nous avons très bien manger . J'ai adoré l'idée du plateau avec Pierre chaude pour pouvoir manger tranquillement sans que rien ne soit froid . Une pierre chaude pour faire rechuffe ou recuire sa viande a son goût . Produit très bon ,service agréable. Le restaurant est aussi bien décoré .

Ferme Guichard is a really great restaurant in the French Jura. Although you have to drive a long distance over mountain passes, you are more than rewarded by the location and the food. The house exudes the rustic charm of an Alpine inn paired with excellent cuisine and a young, enthusiastic service team. The Meat was prepared in such a way that we could finish roasting it ourselves on a hot stone. Perfect timing in the kitchen and excellent quality of the meat (venison, lamb) are a prerequisite for this. There were also matching wines from the Haute Savoie region, a delicious dessert and we enjoyed a great evening on a warm summer night.

On the terrace this summer, the setting was magnificent! But the “Alpine chalet” style interior is also worth it. Always excellent food and service (this is our fourth time here). A big favorite for the original way of cooking your own meat on a hot stone! We highly recommend!

Discovery of a restaurant, nestled in the heights of Hauteville, where nothing disturbs a tasty meal, cuisine from a short supply chain. Elegant but simple dishes. A glass of Bugey as an aperitif, accompanied by beef tartaredz, a little nugget. The liver cake with crayfish sauce, a treat. The game deer steak, cooked on a slate, made from prasinite, brings authenticity to the dish, where everyone can cook their meat according to their desires. People have been talking to me about this restaurant for a long time. At the top and bottom of the mountains at the same time. A quiet place. A spot of plenitude.
