A magnificent discovery, wonderful encounters – We spent a magical weekend at La Ferme Saint Siméon. Everything is designed to make you feel at home: The tastefully decorated and furnished room, using high-quality materials. The bar, with its soft, cozy, and relaxed atmosphere and its fireplace. The La Boucane bistro: a very warm ambiance and a superb menu. Thank you to Camille for her good humor and professionalism. The gourmet restaurant "Les Impressionnistes": what a marvel! We had a memorable evening with an extraordinary menu and impeccable service. Thank you to Rudy and his team; we were more than pampered. A huge thank you to Laurent, the Clefs d'Or Head Concierge, who welcomed us, guided us, and organized this dream weekend. Thank you to Mikael, the Manager, for taking the time to meet with us and welcome us. Our stay was exceptional.

We stayed one night at this hotel as a couple. The restaurant at the inn and Les Impressionnistes served very good food. The bistro La Boucane was nothing special. Breakfast, however, was delicious! We were surprised and disturbed by the service we received during our dinner at Les Impressionnistes. We had a reservation for 8:45 pm, arrived at 8:43 pm, and without explanation, we were only offered the six-course tasting menu or à la carte options, not the eight-course menu… a shame. The waiter didn't offer any further explanation, but we felt rushed and uncomfortable for a good part of the meal. This same man also served us the following day at lunchtime and was absolutely perfect. Another unpleasant experience occurred during breakfast. We asked for honey from another waiter, who was otherwise very professional and friendly, and he brought us a small individual jar of honey… already opened and half-eaten, with what appeared to be cheese residue inside… strange and unpleasant! The room we had was very comfortable, but unfortunately, the bathroom steam room was barely functional (it took 45 minutes to heat up properly), and the bench was extremely hot; we both nearly burned ourselves. It was odd that despite the bathrobes being available, we didn't have slippers in the room. Finally, the television's connectivity was outdated. We gave up on watching a movie after 10 minutes because the technology the hotel used to enable Netflix-type services only offered screen mirroring, and the viewing was choppy. Finally, a 5-star hotel should offer a fitness area. +++: - The bartender (excellent Calvados tasting!) - The massages - The room - The location - The history - The quality of the food - The concierge - - -: - The hammam shower doesn't work properly - No evening service - Having to pay for the shuttle between the Auberge de la Source and the Ferme Saint Siméon, even though both hotels are part of the same collection… - The lack of spa options (30 min, 1 hour, or 1.5 hours…) and the fact that it costs extra (€220!!!) even though we booked a treatment and were hotel guests. - No slippers - Outdated and unreliable TV connectivity - No fitness center - Spoiled experience at the gourmet restaurant P.S.: We are used to luxury hotels, so this almost "critical" comment was written with good intentions, hoping it might lead to improvements in the future. Despite everything, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to stay in Normandy.

A truly delightful experience! We received a very warm welcome. The dinner was absolutely divine! 🙂 A very quiet room with excellent amenities (sauna, bathtub, and various thoughtful touches). We had booked a massage which was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this prestigious establishment ✨️🙂

The setting is peaceful and calm. The staff is helpful. The building is magnificent. We ate at the Impressionists restaurant; the meal was refined, just one point for improvement: the aging of the cheeses. And turn up the heating a bit. We had a wonderful weekend.

We had a wonderful time at your place this weekend! We encountered a problem in our bathroom upon arrival. Once we pointed it out, it was quickly resolved. A kind gesture was made in the restaurant, and a surprise awaited us in our room after dinner. Everything was perfect. One problem, multiple solutions—it was perfect! We're so glad we came back! Honestly, we were a little hesitant to return. Our first visit left a slightly bitter taste, mainly because the bar's service didn't quite live up to the prestige of the place. But since we love the setting, we decided to give it a try for two more stays, including the Christmas meal... and wow! This time, everything was perfect. The Christmas meal was simply impeccable: refined cuisine, a warm atmosphere, and that extra touch of soul you expect from a place like La Ferme Saint Siméon. We felt a real attention to detail and much more attentive service than the first time. This time, we left completely won over and with stars in our eyes. It just goes to show, sometimes you have to give things a second chance: we're already looking forward to our next visit!

We came for a drink and were very well received. The gentleman who served us was extremely kind. It was a relaxing moment in a superb setting by the fire, accompanied by soft music. A pleasant moment to repeat.

La Ferme Saint Siméon was one of our first weekends away as an engaged couple, and this stay will forever be etched in our memories as a truly timeless escape. A delightful surprise, full of charm and authenticity. The place is ideal for getting away from Paris, slowing down, breathing, and reconnecting with nature. The surroundings are soothing and elegant, with that gentle, timeless atmosphere so characteristic of Honfleur. A special mention goes to the horse-drawn carriage ride, an experience as romantic as it was refreshing, adding a unique touch to the stay and reinforcing the feeling of being immersed in nature and completely disconnected. A charming place, perfect for a weekend getaway for two, that invites you to savor every moment. An address we will treasure.
