05/09/2026: This small restaurant run by Justine and Quentin in the heart of Honfleur was a wonderful experience for my partner and me. Justine's cooking delighted us from the main course to dessert. Quentin's warm welcome and friendly manner enhanced our meal. We also really enjoyed the playlist selection. In short, we were absolutely charmed by this restaurant for our last evening in Honfleur and Normandy!

16/08/2026: A true ITALIAN restaurant in the heart of Honfleur. Run by a genuine Italian couple, you'll also be served in Italian for those who struggle with French. The dishes are delicious and prepared with art and love. In over 100 cities we've visited around Europe, this is one of the best we've eaten at. If you arrive between 12:30 and 2:00 PM, it's best to make a reservation, otherwise you won't find a table. This is in August; I don't know at other times. I recommend Mr. Mario and Mrs. Monica's cuisine to everyone 🥰🥰

We discovered that everything is homemade, right down to the ravioli, and it shows immediately: every bite is flavorful, delicate, and has that authentic touch that makes all the difference. 😍 And then there's the time… Time to wait, yes, but above all, time to do things right. And frankly, that's an integral part of the pleasure! Carefully prepared food is something to be earned, and when the plate arrives, you immediately understand why. Good food is also about knowing how to take your time. ❤️ We also loved the impeccable organization: Madame in the kitchen, Monsieur serving, each in their respective role, with incredible attention to detail. 07/09/2026: Excellent food, the burgers are really good! You can see from the menu that each burger recipe has been carefully considered, resulting in a truly authentic and original experience! The staff is friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend it!

30/08/2026: The place is small and rather chaotic. I ordered a cod fillet, which was served raw, and I obviously sent it back. When it was brought back, the fish was presented on a smaller plate and in a smaller portion (they definitely put what I had left back in the pan), but the worst part was that it was still raw! Fortunately, the cashier had the good sense to not charge me. On the way out, I had to get an ice cream because I was still hungry. The only positive note was the oysters, which were good. If you're planning on coming here, I recommend looking for alternatives.

08/09/2026: We had the opportunity to try the restaurant on a Friday evening. The service was attentive, the enticing menu lived up to expectations, and we had a lovely evening in a pleasant atmosphere and a very comfortable dining room, yet close to the old harbor. Highly recommended.

02/07/2026: From the moment we came in, we could feel welcomed. Staff was super friendly and respectful. We had the lobster menu. From the beginning to the end, it was pure magic. I felt as if I was in a chef cooking contest, where every dish was meant to impress. The presentation, the texture, taste, everything was amazing. Thank you!

18/09/2026: For over three years, we've never been disappointed by the freshness of Père Gus's delicious oysters. The service was perfect: a special thank you to Manon and the whole team! One small drawback: no Paris-Brest this year, the owner's specialty... a shame, we hope to have it next year :)

13/09/2026: Restaurant overlooking Honfleur's old port, near the departure point for the little tourist train. The welcome was adequate, however, there was a bit too long a wait between courses. We enjoyed sole meunière and langoustine ravioli, a very good meal; the bill was reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food.

26/09/2026: L'Escale in Honfleur is a great place to enjoy seafood and local specialties! For starters, fresh whelks. For the main course, tender and perfectly cooked scallops. :)

26/09/2026: We'd gladly come again. But all the seats are under trees. Hardly any chance of satellite reception.

06/07/2026: The ice cream is delicious; we were able to taste it before deciding, and it was a pure delight. An address to keep in mind for when visiting Honfleur!
