16/08/2026: A true ITALIAN restaurant in the heart of Honfleur. Run by a genuine Italian couple, you'll also be served in Italian for those who struggle with French. The dishes are delicious and prepared with art and love. In over 100 cities we've visited around Europe, this is one of the best we've eaten at. If you arrive between 12:30 and 2:00 PM, it's best to make a reservation, otherwise you won't find a table. This is in August; I don't know at other times. I recommend Mr. Mario and Mrs. Monica's cuisine to everyone 🥰🥰

We discovered that everything is homemade, right down to the ravioli, and it shows immediately: every bite is flavorful, delicate, and has that authentic touch that makes all the difference. 😍 And then there's the time… Time to wait, yes, but above all, time to do things right. And frankly, that's an integral part of the pleasure! Carefully prepared food is something to be earned, and when the plate arrives, you immediately understand why. 27/04/2026: I came to eat at Mamie Louise's today and had a great time. The burgers are excellent, with a soft and really delicious bun. The staff is young, friendly, and always smiling while serving, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Very good value for money. The concept is original, especially the decor, and the terrace is particularly relaxing. I highly recommend it!

24/04/2026: During our 5 days in Honfleur, we went back twice because the burgers were so good! Original recipes, generous portions where you can tell everything is fresh, and the service is friendly and attentive. And the desserts are delicious! In short, a flawless experience that we highly recommend! Arrive early when they open because they don't take reservations and it fills up quickly.

26/06/2026: What a wonderful night. The food was fabulous and the wine was divine. The service was absolutely outstanding. The owner was gracious in allowing me to practice my very basic French language without showing any sign of impatience. To top it off there was a jazz singer and her accompaniment who was superb and rounded out the night. It was truly a fantastic night and will be something we will remember forever.

14/06/2026: A pleasant restaurant with a refined atmosphere and decor. However, our experience was mixed in several respects. We arrived at 7:15 pm for a 7:30 pm reservation, but were asked to return in 15 minutes as the setup wasn't complete. In an establishment of this caliber, I would have appreciated being offered at least an aperitif on the terrace or in a designated area while we waited, rather than being asked to leave. We ended up having a drink elsewhere, which ultimately meant we returned 10 minutes late. I do want to highlight one positive point: the staff was understanding and accommodating regarding seating, agreeing to move us to a different table to avoid the upstairs area, as my father had a knee problem. On the other hand, we were very disappointed with the main course: a €120 ribeye steak ordered rare arrived somewhere between medium and overcooked. At this price point and in this type of establishment, it's simply unacceptable. In short: a pleasant setting and generally friendly service, but important details, particularly the initial welcome and the cooking of a premium cut of meat, deserve to be addressed.

07/08/2026: Delicious food. Friendly service from everyone. No hotel stay, but the restaurant was perfect.

31/07/2026: A little disappointed by my meal today: the pork lacked tenderness (was it cooked too quickly? Was it the choice of meat?) and the wines by the glass weren't great (the Loire Sauvignon Blanc was bland, and the Saint-Émilion was too alcoholic). But I'll be back... (the restaurant offers delicious flavors, a comfortable dining room, and prices that reflect the quality).

27/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance… and we'll definitely be back! The service was top-notch, provided by a lovely and incredibly professional waitress (a brunette). We ordered two mussels and fries, which were delicious and served quickly. The staff is friendly and the location is ideal, away from the crowds of Honfleur harbor. The only downside: the price of the desserts; €14 for an ice cream sundae is perhaps a bit steep… Thank you for the warm welcome! 🥰

23/08/2026: The food was really good, I got Fish and Chips. The waitress was very nice and polite, and just seemed really happy. Food didnt take to long to come either, so it wasn't a logn wait.

02/07/2026: From the moment we came in, we could feel welcomed. Staff was super friendly and respectful. We had the lobster menu. From the beginning to the end, it was pure magic. I felt as if I was in a chef cooking contest, where every dish was meant to impress. The presentation, the texture, taste, everything was amazing. Thank you!

28/06/2026: Total Disappointment I visited this restaurant with reasonable expectations and left thoroughly disappointed. The food was, at best, mediocre ,bland, uninspired, and nothing that would make you want to come back.

14/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! We first came by chance and enjoyed it so much that we returned a second time during our vacation. Very fresh oysters, excellent cheeses and charcuterie, all in an intimate setting far from touristy restaurants. The warm welcome from the servers and owners makes the experience even more enjoyable. An authentic place we'll gladly return to. Highly recommended!

02/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome; we enjoyed it so much that we ate there twice in the same week, once on the terrace and once upstairs in a charming room. The food was excellent, refined, and homemade; we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and had a wonderful time.

01/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Tortue restaurant in Honfleur. When we made the reservation by phone, we mentioned that we were gluten-free. Once there, the staff seemed very knowledgeable about the necessary precautions and clearly explained which dishes could be prepared gluten-free. A large part of the menu is available as is or can be adapted. We enjoyed a delicious meal at a reasonable price (around €40 for three courses). The restaurant is located slightly outside the town center, which is actually an advantage: the atmosphere is calm, warm, and welcoming, away from the tourist crowds.

28/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at L’Escale! The quality was excellent, everything was beautifully presented, and the setting was really lovely. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I would especially recommend the salmon gravlax — it was an absolute taste bomb! 🤤 Everything else we had was delicious as well. We really enjoyed our evening and would definitely recommend this restaurant! ❤️
