My husband and I ate here this evening because the menu really appealed to us. And we weren't disappointed! We both ordered the set menu and it was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent and extremely friendly. The value for money is perfect. We also had a wonderful wine with our meal.

Another friendly, competent establishment, even though we just pitched up during lunch. Good English spoken. More briny, delicate oysters. Excellent Gluten Free Buckwheat Galette, my Seafood soup with cheese & rouille was superb. Great lunch, local beer, thoroughly recommend!

The restaurant offers à la carte options or two set menus, one simpler and one more expensive. On the more expensive menu, you have the option of choosing the three-cheese platter before dessert (a complete meal in France consists of an appetizer, main course, cheese, and dessert). I chose the more expensive and complete menu, which cost €31.90. More precisely, I had Gratin d'andouille au camembert as an appetizer, Faux filet sauce poivre (with fries) as a main course, Assiette de 3 Fromages (a platter of three cheeses – camembert, livarot, and I don't remember the type of the third), and Mousse au chocolat for dessert. I enjoyed the experience very much.

Passing through Beauvoir today with my family (2 adults, 1 child). We came somewhat randomly and received a warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, which is becoming increasingly rare in the many establishments we frequent. From the appetizer to the dessert, the dishes were succulent, high-quality, and simply delicious. All this for a more than reasonable price considering what we ate! Truly home-style cooking. The service was very pleasant; the young woman who looked after us was very professional, smiling, and attentive to her customers despite the busy day. We thank you for this time spent in your company and can only encourage you to continue to do such a good job.

23/03/2026: L’Ermitage Mont Saint-Michel is a fantastic place with a very high standard in every detail. From the moment you arrive, everything feels calm, well organised, and carefully prepared. The atmosphere is elegant but still warm and welcoming, which makes the experience comfortable without feeling too formal. The food was amazing, clearly made with great attention to quality and presentation. Each dish felt thoughtful and well balanced, and you can really see the care that goes into the cooking. The service was also excellent — very attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, always making sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. You can understand why this place has a Michelin recommendation. It is well deserved. The whole experience feels refined, organised, and made to be special. Definitely a place worth visiting if you want a high-quality meal near Mont Saint-Michel.
