Lovely meal with my Mum while on holiday. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Well worth the money and experience.

Very nice and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. Great location to visit the abbey and island. Got good recommendations how to get there (bike rental!).

We had lunch at L'Hermitage today. We received a very warm welcome and the meal was excellent. The service and cuisine were perfect, and the explanations were clear, making it easy to choose. Thank you for this experience. The L'Hermitage cocktail is very good.

This hotel is far from meeting the standards of a 5-star establishment; poor value for money. The parking on the road is unsecured. The room's terrace has peeling paint. We booked a suite because there were three of us, but it was just one room with two TVs, and you have to watch the same channel, otherwise the sound is unbearable. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not plentiful; you had to wait 30 minutes for a hard-boiled egg...

Everything was perfect, a very nice hotel. The food offered in the restaurant is excellent and the staff are very attentive.

We came as a family for three days and had an exceptional stay! Werner, the manager, pampers his guests with extraordinary attention. The room was magnificent, the restaurant was of Michelin-star quality, and the staff was incredibly attentive. A must-try!

The food was amazing, clearly made with great attention to quality and presentation. Each dish felt thoughtful and well balanced, and you can really see the care that goes into the cooking. The service was also excellent — very attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, always making sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. You can understand why this place has a Michelin recommendation. It is well deserved. The whole experience feels refined, organised, and made to be special. Definitely a place worth visiting if you want a high-quality meal near Mont Saint-Michel.

In a stunning setting at the foot of Mont Saint-Michel, we had a wonderful meal. The service was impeccable, and the veal was delicious. We discovered this place thanks to our children, who gave us a gift box. The owner is very friendly and highly recommended.

A very beautiful hotel. Very clean. Simple and elegant decor. The suites are magnificent. The service at reception and at breakfast was perfect. We highly recommend it.
