Very good food, tasty and well-presented dishes, we really enjoyed ourselves. On the other hand, the atmosphere was a little too pushy: we were asked to choose the wine even though we hadn't even finished our aperitif. We would have liked to have been able to enjoy the moment more without feeling pressured to go faster. It's a shame, because the food was truly a wonderful discovery.

Hello, I'm giving this a 4 out of 5, not because of the quality of the meal, which was succulent, beautifully presented, and truly refined. It was a delight for the taste buds. Nor is it because of our hostess, who attentively attended to our table, offering quality service and a pleasant smile. I am very grateful to her. The missing star is due to the indiscretion of a member of staff. During my meal, this server took the liberty of removing his apron to undo three buttons on his jeans, even though his pants were slightly sagging, revealing his underwear. This seemed highly inappropriate to me, especially since he didn't wash his hands before bringing down three baskets of bread, which he then took downstairs. Next time, it would be wise to use the cloakroom. I reported this incident to our hostess, who took the situation seriously. Unfortunately, instead of handling this situation discreetly as I did with our hostess, this server chose to be ostentatious, exclaiming loudly in the restaurant and accusing me of "making up my own story." I reminded him of the brand and color of his underwear, which was unbelievable, but according to him, he didn't want to waste time going to the locker room because of the rush. Despite his casual attitude, I reminded him of some basic hygiene rules in the restaurant industry, particularly those relating to HACCP and handwashing after serving. This lack of professionalism from someone who could potentially harm the reputation and credibility of this establishment is regrettable, especially since "gastronomy" is not the issue, quite the opposite. Despite this incident, I remain skeptical about the quality of this server. It is very unfortunate that a comment of this type could tarnish the restaurant's reputation because of one individual.
