Absolutely excellent from start to finish. The service was incredibly attentive; you can tell the team truly believes in their cuisine and concept. They're passionate, and it shows immediately. Everything was delicious, and honestly, the entire menu looked tempting. We were also treated to a truly delicious complimentary amuse-bouche, and after-dinner drinks were also offered at the end of the meal. High-quality ingredients, fantastic service, and a very friendly atmosphere. It's a shame we live a bit far away, as we would have loved to try the rest of the menu before the next change (if we understand correctly, the menu changes weekly?). If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely return!

We came as a family of seven and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Everyone ordered different dishes. We tasted a prime rib steak which was excellent, aged for nine weeks. The service was perfect; truly an experience to be had!

The Valentine's Day menu was excellent, a delight from start to finish, the wine pairing was perfect, and the service was impeccable and very helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Le Varian restaurant in Saint-Six. There were four of us, and we all had a truly excellent meal. The foie gras served in a cup was a real surprise: delicious, bursting with flavor, with different tastes in every bite. We weren't expecting it at all. A great discovery; we'll gladly return.
