The staff was very pleasant. The welcome and food were excellent. The dining room is lovely, well-decorated, and the air conditioning is just right.
I highly recommend it.

We don't often find ourselves amazed by things that are easy. La Feuille de Chou is THE gastronomic gem of Les Vans. The cuisine is both simple and sophisticated. The flavors of the Cévennes region are present in every dish. I started with the meatloaf and the Provençal vegetable caviar, before finally succumbing to a chestnut fondant.
I managed to get the fondant recipe out of me after some coaxing. I'm selling it to the highest bidder.

Almost perfect!
From start to finish, what a wonderful experience!
The appetizers were perfect; we ordered four even though there were only three of us.
The main courses were exquisite, and the desserts were the perfect ending to a delightful meal.
The service was incredibly kind and always with a smile.
In short, what a lovely time!

A lovely little restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. We had several courses, and everything was absolutely delicious. :) It was a bit noisy for conversation due to the vaulted ceiling. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

A restaurant that exudes simplicity, but go there immediately. A warm welcome, delicious cuisine—try the country terrine with herbs, almost exceptional, the sublime pork pluma, the perfect trout. Succulent chestnut desserts. Local craft beer and wine. Reasonable prices make this a must-visit in the Vans area. Thank you.
