This small restaurant is worth cherishing. The dishes are prepared and served with care. Rarely have I eaten such exquisite veal with blue cheese sauce. This seems like an easy combination, but just try replicating it this way. The trout cream and asparagus velouté will stay with us for a long time. The wines served are of above-average quality.

A restaurant located just steps from the village square, where everything is excellent. The homemade cuisine is a delight for the taste buds. A harmonious blend of flavors on the plate immediately whets the appetite. From the meat to the vegetables, everything is delicate. The staff is very friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I recommend making a reservation, as the dining room is quite small.

A very good experience. The small dining room was very friendly and intimate. The food was excellent, and the staff was very pleasant. We'll definitely be back as soon as we return to Les Vans.

Domaine de la Jeanne

18/04/2026: We had a wonderful family stay at Domaine de la Jeanne. The welcome was warm and friendly. The hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant time. The meals were delicious and very generous, and the accommodations were comfortable and well-designed. As an added bonus, they sold locally made products (fruit juice, terrines, olive oil, etc.). A big thank you!
17/04/2026: A 5-day stay at this property. The hosts are very welcoming and offer excellent advice for visiting the surrounding area. The setting is magnificent. I highly recommend it.
