The staff was very pleasant. The welcome and food were excellent. The dining room is lovely, well-decorated, and the air conditioning is just right. I highly recommend it.

We don't often find ourselves amazed by things that are easy. La Feuille de Chou is THE gastronomic gem of Les Vans. The cuisine is both simple and sophisticated. The flavors of the Cévennes region are present in every dish. I started with the meatloaf and the Provençal vegetable caviar, before finally succumbing to a chestnut fondant. I managed to get the fondant recipe out of me after some coaxing. I'm selling it to the highest bidder.

Almost perfect! From start to finish, what a wonderful experience! The appetizers were perfect; we ordered four even though there were only three of us. The main courses were exquisite, and the desserts were the perfect ending to a delightful meal. The service was incredibly kind and always with a smile. In short, what a lovely time! Thank you!

A lovely little restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. We had several courses, and everything was absolutely delicious. :) It was a bit noisy for conversation due to the vaulted ceiling. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

A restaurant that exudes simplicity, but go there immediately. A warm welcome, delicious cuisine—try the country terrine with herbs, almost exceptional, the sublime pork pluma, the perfect trout. Succulent chestnut desserts. Local craft beer and wine. Reasonable prices make this a must-visit in the Vans area. Thank you.

A truly special place, intimate and full of charm, where you can dine under the olive trees in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. 🌿 The value for money is exceptional. Here, everything is homemade from start to finish by the owners, using quality ingredients, expertise, and above all, a lot of passion. You can really taste it in every bite! The family-run service is equally exceptional: warm, genuine, and attentive. You immediately feel at ease and enjoy a truly convivial experience. An unusual place like this is the kind we wish we could find more often, and it's now a must-visit for us every time we're in the region. Open Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, by reservation only. A big thank you to the whole family for your hospitality and these delightful moments.

26/08/2026: The pizzas were very good and generously topped. No complaints. The service was friendly, warm, and accommodating. Great, I'll be back.
25/08/2026: Very tasty pizza. I love thicker edges so this pizza was great. Crispy base and crust. The only downside is that for our 2 small children we have to order a large pizza because they don't have a child-sized version. So lots of leftovers :-)
