01/07/2026: A superb, air-conditioned vaulted dining room—a real plus during this heatwave. The meal was excellent, with quality ingredients and very generous portions. The staff was very pleasant. Special mention goes to the waitress who presented the daily specials, explaining each dish in detail...bravo! In short, we had a wonderful time; don't hesitate to visit this establishment.

02/07/2026: As they say, third time's the charm! This year we're happily returning to this magnificent place. Xavier, with his delightful accent, and Sandrine, so attentive and always ready to cater to our every need, create a wonderfully friendly and welcoming atmosphere among all the guests.
Not to mention the unforgettable meals, expertly prepared and a true delight for our taste buds. In short, once you try it, you'll be hooked. See you soon for another sunny get-together!

06/07/2026: We don't often find ourselves amazed by things that are easy. La Feuille de Chou is THE gastronomic gem of Les Vans. The cuisine is both simple and sophisticated. The flavors of the Cévennes region are present in every dish. I started with the meatloaf and the Provençal vegetable caviar, before finally succumbing to a chestnut fondant.
I managed to get the fondant recipe out of me after some coaxing. I'm selling it to the highest bidder.
06/07/2026: The staff was very pleasant. The welcome and food were excellent. The dining room is lovely, well-decorated, and the air conditioning is just right.
I highly recommend it.

07/08/2026: A lovely little spot. Discreet, efficient, and incredibly good. The dishes all have an exotic touch and are very well executed. Thanks to our smiling young waitress and to the cooks for their hard work. An all-female team that's really nailing it with talent.

23/07/2026: The pizzas are very good. The pasta too. The service was adequate, but we had requested a reservation for 6 at 7:45 pm, which wasn't possible. I would have appreciated being offered another time slot, as 8:30 pm would have been possible (the largest table had become available and was offered to a couple without a reservation). Of course, forgetfulness can happen, and I'm not going to dwell on it. The atmosphere was normal. A good place.
16/07/2026: We didn't really enjoy our dinner at Dolce Vita. The pasta of the day wasn't cooked enough for our liking. Furthermore, we waited over half an hour for the daily special.

29/07/2026: Simple, quick, and efficient. Arriving one evening during the night market without a reservation, we received a very warm welcome. A relaxed place with excellent food. A village bar atmosphere that I love.

You can only come across that in France. 🤣
25/07/2026: Great location. It's a shame the waiter never came to take our order and irritably replied that he'd come when he had time when we politely asked if we could order after waiting more than 40 minutes. We'd already been brushed off by the waitress who told us it wasn't "her problem."

30/08/2024: Une très bonne adresse à découvrir absolument. Nous y avons très bien mangé (le Burger pour monsieur et le poisson pour moi, ainsi que le café gourmand), le décor à l'intérieur et l'ambiance y sont super. Et toute l'équipe est vraiment très souriante. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment et y reviendrons
