06/04/2024: We knew this Italian restaurant with a reputation and its good value for money. We were not disappointed.
We chose the menu (25€) for dinner
Note, as a starter, the excellent mimosa-style eggs with Villefort trout mousse. A very nice spring pizza to follow and very good desserts.
We took 1/4 of an Ardèche white (sauvignon) (good).
The service was pleasant and the exchanges pleasant (a little bit slow).
The setting of the vaulted cellar added to the pleasure.
In the end, a good evening to end our stay at Les Vans.

24/11/2023: A great discovery during our vacation. The dishes are creative, colorful and delicious. Wide selection of wine (don't hesitate to let yourself be guided by the manager). We will come back without hesitation

We took pleasure in discovering each dish,
We were surprised by the tastes, the textures, the combinations of flavors,
We were advised with pleasure and passion by someone who is passionate about the drinks he offers,
We were served with simplicity by the ladies in the kitchen.
We feel good at La Récré and we regret being ch'ti and not being able to go there more often!
This will be our address in Ardèche to drink well, eat well and let yourself be transported by taste enthusiasts, so just THANK YOU and well done to the whole team!

13/03/2024: Heart stroke. Excellent restaurant. Friendly welcome. Well stocked plate, fresh and quality product. Cooking is perfect seasoning! I recommend with my eyes closed!! For my part, I took the daily special menu! A delight!

05/04/2024: Enjoy a menu full of local specialties and experimental combinations here and there. Service is also partly in our native language. Chef Cyriel occasionally comes to see how it tastes. Simply great. A place to definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

And then we come back for the welcome, for the kindness and availability of the hosts, for the advice on beautiful walks to take in the surroundings, for the conviviality around the Sandrine's delicious table d'hôte and the pretty, comfortable bungalows.

09/09/2023: Very nice discovery!!!! Great welcome from our arrival by the managers... great welcome from the employees (reception desk. Bar. Restaurant) even at the end of the season. Very beautiful, well-equipped campsite with pétanque boules pitches available... beautiful swimming pool with children's pool 👍 very beautiful mobile home even better than in the photo (last mobile installed in the campsite) we had a very nice week and I recommend it restaurant don't look elsewhere it's a treat!! For the taste buds (beef skewer, pizza, generous mixed salad, unprepared tartare) meat is excellent, finally it is an address to try 😋 and to keep we will come back 😊
Adapt for people in wheelchairs 👍
26/08/2023: Very pleasant family campsite but far too many dogs present accompanied by the incivility of the owners! The regulations require that they be kept on a leash and that their droppings be picked up. This is not necessarily the case all the way to the edge of the river!
As for the restaurant's pizzas, the price has not increased but the toppings have been reduced, which leaves a large crust around it that is difficult to eat due to its cardboard effect.
