I booked this restaurant somewhat randomly for a business lunch, simply after checking a recommendation on Google. I had a very good experience. The atmosphere and the welcome were warm. As for the food, I have no complaints whatsoever regarding the quality of the dishes, the presentation, or the wait time. We were very happy with the value for money... I was even expecting to pay more. I will definitely return.

A very pleasant restaurant, the food is delicious and the service is very efficient and friendly. The Flemish carbonnade was excellent and the salted caramel French toast was superb.

12/03/2026: It's a shame there are no longer any vegetarian options on the menu and you have to "negotiate" your plate. The result isn't bad, but rather basic, and comments about customers' tastes aren't welcome (if I don't like endives, well, that's another story...). In conclusion: nice place, decent food, but less focused on "natural" ingredients than before and therefore more ordinary, and only moderately friendly service.
14/02/2026: What a beautiful restaurant with an even more beautifully crafted menu. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked with reservations so we were unable to sample any dishes. Speaks volumes about how favoured it is by the locals.

L'Auberge de la Forge

01/03/2026: We came for a birthday celebration and were delighted. The food was excellent and beautifully presented in a lovely setting, and the prices were very reasonable for what we ate. I've rarely seen so many people so enthusiastic about a restaurant around a table! The birthday person was thrilled with the attention to detail on their dessert. Highly recommended!
21/02/2026: A very nice, well-decorated inn with adjacent parking. The portions are generous without being excessive. The food is very well cooked and delicious. The waitress was very friendly. There was a bit of a wait for our meals.
