It's always a great pleasure to go to La Flambée. We've been loyal customers for eight years. It used to be located at Porte d'Amont, and now it's on Place du Général Leclerc. It's still just as delightful. In fact, we always have trouble choosing a dish because everything is so delicious. It's a friendly restaurant where Julie, the owner, welcomes you with a smile, and her attentive staff ensures your comfort. The food is excellent; it's a pleasure to go there. They have excellent pizzas, and people often ask for a box because they can't finish one. If you're planning to go, make a reservation. There are options for all budgets.

Sunday lunchtime. We had a reservation. The staff were attentive and efficient. There was a good selection on the menu. The portions were just right, and the food was delicious. No one was disappointed or had any complaints.

We ate lunch at this restaurant for €22.50. Gizzard salad, three duck breasts, and a crepe, all served very generously. The service is extremely well-organized, with no waiting times, and all with a smile and courtesy. I highly recommend it.

02/02/2026: Wow!!! I travel a lot for work, so I think I'm credible in my opinion, and I only leave reviews when I'm really happy with something! Go for it without hesitation, everything is fantastic, exceptional value for money, especially for an overnight stay... it's not like eating in a cafeteria, the food is excellent! Don't hesitate, it's top-notch, well done and thank you!!!
24/01/2026: A sure bet if you're passing through Mirepoix. The restaurant is truly excellent, offering a varied and delicious menu with beautifully presented dishes. The hotel is clean and easily accessible, within walking distance of Mirepoix town center. The only thing that could be improved is the rather basic room decor. High praise indeed from the staff, who are the real highlight of this establishment! I highly recommend it!
