Friendly welcome, pleasant waitresses, and a reasonable price of €22.50 for the Saturday set menu (starter, main course, dessert).

Dinner booked for two at 6 PM, arrived at 7:10 PM to find the table wasn't ready (no cutlery or glasses). Orders were taken after ten minutes, and service for two slices of terrine and bread took another fifteen minutes. The wait was a bit long, and other guests who arrived later were served before them.
The meal itself was decent, and the prices were reasonable. There are some things that need improvement in the organization, and just so you know, Liège coffee is made with cold coffee.

We may have caught them on a bad day. Fries were stone cold, pizza was fairly uninteresting. Burger was alright.

Both the pizza and the entrecote were delicious! The meat was ordered rare and cooked exactly as ordered – a chef who knows his stuff! The wine recommended by the very friendly server was good and went perfectly with both the pizza and the steak. However, the size of the steak made the side dishes unnecessary for me; I didn't need the fries, one or two slices of bread would have been enough.

While passing through the charming town of Mirepoix, we had dinner at La Flambée and thoroughly enjoyed it. Special mention goes to the delicious pizzas, whose crust remained soft and warm; they were truly delightful and generously topped. Don't hesitate to have lunch or dinner at this restaurant!

For a first visit, almost by chance
There's really nothing to complain about
Set menu at €22.50 for Sunday lunch
Very quiet, we managed to finish everything because it was very generous and delicious
If you come to Mirepoix, don't hesitate, come here
