Excellent hotel and restaurant. We stayed 3 nights on a half-board basis. Congratulations to all the staff for their exceptional kindness. The restaurant menus are generous and of high quality. Go without hesitation; it's very well located for visiting Dijon and the Route des Grands Crus wine region.

On both of our visits, we received a warm welcome, an explosion of flavors, and the highlight was the grilled ribeye steak, which was presented to us beforehand 🙂. We will definitely be back. Excellent wine recommendations as well.

The hotel is conveniently located near the A39/2 exit for travelers. The restaurant offers a good menu selection, with the dishes from the open grill being particularly recommended. The service is very friendly and attentive.
The wine list is excellent, even by Burgundy standards.
The rooms are simple and clean, and quiet at night.
There is a Super U supermarket with a petrol station and bakery just 1 km away.

I booked a room for a seminar and afterwards went to a restaurant for dinner. I ordered the Chicken Gaston Gérard, which was full of bones, not much meat at all. The real recipe for Chicken Gaston Gérard calls for chicken breast, so paying for a dish with practically nothing in it? No thanks. I strongly advise against ordering it.

The location is about a 15-minute drive from Dijon.
If you wish to dine at the restaurant, I highly recommend making a reservation in advance.

La Flambée restaurant is very well located, close to the main roads of Dijon/Dole/Beaune. The parking lot is spacious, and while the electric charging stations aren't yet operational, you'll find some nearby.
The service and atmosphere are friendly, and the crackling fire is a lovely feature during your meal. The food is delicious, generous, and made with high-quality ingredients. The kitchen staff is very accommodating.
We had a wonderful time celebrating a retirement, and a special mention goes to the staff who, without us even asking, brought us something to put our bouquet of flowers in water.
