Excellent hotel and restaurant. We stayed 3 nights on a half-board basis. Congratulations to all the staff for their exceptional kindness. The restaurant menus are generous and of high quality. Go without hesitation; it's very well located for visiting Dijon and the Route des Grands Crus wine region. Thank you again for your hospitality.

I can't speak for the hotel, but the restaurant is lovely. Food is delectible, well-balanced local fare. Service is professional, friendly and informative. Beautiful experience!

On both of our visits, we received a warm welcome, an explosion of flavors, and the highlight was the grilled ribeye steak, which was presented to us beforehand 🙂. We will definitely be back. Excellent wine recommendations as well. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near the A39/2 exit for travelers. The restaurant offers a good menu selection, with the dishes from the open grill being particularly recommended. The service is very friendly and attentive. The wine list is excellent, even by Burgundy standards. The rooms are simple and clean, and quiet at night. There is a Super U supermarket with a petrol station and bakery just 1 km away.

I booked a room for a seminar and afterwards went to a restaurant for dinner. I ordered the Chicken Gaston Gérard, which was full of bones, not much meat at all. The real recipe for Chicken Gaston Gérard calls for chicken breast, so paying for a dish with practically nothing in it? No thanks. I strongly advise against ordering it.

The rooms are large and spacious. The location is about a 15-minute drive from Dijon. If you wish to dine at the restaurant, I highly recommend making a reservation in advance.

La Flambée restaurant is very well located, close to the main roads of Dijon/Dole/Beaune. The parking lot is spacious, and while the electric charging stations aren't yet operational, you'll find some nearby. The service and atmosphere are friendly, and the crackling fire is a lovely feature during your meal. The food is delicious, generous, and made with high-quality ingredients. The kitchen staff is very accommodating. We had a wonderful time celebrating a retirement, and a special mention goes to the staff who, without us even asking, brought us something to put our bouquet of flowers in water.

31/05/2026: For a significant family event, we contacted the restaurant to host and organize it. We met the owners, who made us feel completely at ease and guided us through every step of the planning process. They listened attentively and offered helpful advice, always respecting our wishes and never imposing anything on us. The result was magnificent! We were about thirty guests and were treated like royalty! The quality of the food was outstanding! I won't go into detail about the menu, but it was extensive and varied! The ingredients were top-notch. The dishes were simply delicious! They were cooked to perfection. We left completely satisfied. The value for money is unbeatable! Considering the quality of the restaurant and the food, it's simply incredible! In short, this day was magical for us, and our time at Le Jardin de Faustine contributed greatly to that! Our entire family loved the restaurant. The staff, including the owners, were all incredibly attentive and lovely to us! In these sometimes complicated times, it's hard to find an establishment of this quality! As you can tell, we highly recommend Le Jardin de Faustine! So go without hesitation and enjoy!
