We had a very pleasant time. The food was excellent, prepared with an interpretation by the chef that I must admit was pure poetry. Our server was friendly and cheerful. Keep smiling!

La Flamme restaurant is a very good choice. Located by the roadside, it might seem rather unassuming at first glance, almost unpretentious. However, once inside, you discover a warm and welcoming atmosphere that completely changes your initial impression. The cuisine is refined, with beautifully presented dishes. You can feel the care that goes into each plate. The menu offers a good variety, featuring both seafood and meat dishes, ensuring there's something for everyone. The set menus are appealing and well-priced. They range from €20 to €40, with the most complete menu at €40 including a starter, main course, dessert, and a drink. There's also a cheese option for those who want to enhance the experience. The value for money is very good considering the quality of the food. One small drawback, but this is just my personal opinion: the desserts were slightly less impressive than the rest of the meal. Furthermore, the rib-eye steak is listed but not included in the menu, even though it's offered at the same price as the other meat dishes with sides. This is a detail that could be clarified to avoid any confusion. Overall, a pleasant place with excellent cuisine and a nice atmosphere. A pleasant surprise that's worth discovering.

While travelling in the region I discovered this lovely place, very good food, good value for money.

I rarely leave negative reviews. Why these ratings? Three courses: starter, main course, dessert. We arrived at 8 pm, and dessert arrived at 11 pm... between 1 and 1.2 hours between courses?! That raises questions! The service was merely polite. There were barely audible sighs when we asked for a carafe of water. The dishes: decent food, but not very generous in quantity or flavor. My sweetbreads were lukewarm. The fresh pineapple with mango sorbet was extremely basic. I do not recommend this restaurant.

A good place for Sunday lunch. Friendly staff, good home-style cooking. A varied selection to suit all tastes. A minor drawback was the side dish (just two spoonfuls of mashed potatoes); one or two more would have been fine. Also, the rice pudding dessert was unsweetened (okay, it had coconut and caramel, but it's really only suitable for dessert). Overall, the price was very reasonable. A great find for a first visit. Menu nice with reasonable prices (remember it's near Paris). Caviar, surprised by price, affordable and cheaper than in some stores. One of our waiter was, let's say a little tired of job like this. General observation: good. Recommended? Yes.
