The staff was very nice, but on the other hand, the cooking level of the mussels, almost half of them were not open, which I pointed out to the waiter who replied sorry, they brought the bill back to us even though we still had it didn't receive our dessert what my wife told him so the little waiter went to get it but 10 later he brought our coffee and still no dessert so we told him again what he replied that they had to have a poor understanding with the other person in the service we finally brought back the crumble which was very hot fortunately it had a scoop of ice cream to cool down this is my experience of this restaurant too bad it can give a bad reputation to this small port in Bessin , I just hope it will improve

Friendly welcome but very average in terms of cuisine. We took mussels with camembert and chorizo ​​sauce, but the sauce is only mussel juice with 3 pieces of chorizo ​​and the same for the camembert. For dessert, apple crumble is just crumbled shortbread. On the other hand, good quality of molds.

The fish soup starter that I chose was not homemade but from the fish market a little further away, a little disappointed that it was not a fresh product cooked on site. I didn't really like the texture of the soup which was a little grainy for my taste, I have eaten better fish soup elsewhere although this one was not bad. The cod and chorizo ​​dish was very average. A few cubes of zucchini sautéed in oil, a fish cooked in water with a chorizo ​​sauce just underneath. The fish was bland on its own without the sauce. The white rice was dry and similarly cooked in water. No seasoning. Quite mixed and a little disappointed even if I can't say that it was catastrophic, I've eaten much better and for less money. I was expecting fine dining, it wasn't it. I didn't want to continue with dessert. The service was slow and poorly organized. 2 waitresses came to ask us for our appetizers (no communication). In addition, the prices are quite exorbitant for the quality of the cuisine, the cook is seriously lacking in experience and this is reflected in the plates. In my opinion the prices should be lowered in view of the plates sent. We paid 90€ with an aperitif, starter and 1 dessert and 1 additional plate of vegetables at my request. Positive point: The view from the terrace overlooks the port. However, for information to future customers: no reservations possible after 7:00 p.m.

De Port en Bessin , et habitués à ce restaurant sous le précédent propriétaire , nous avons testé le nouveau cuisinier . La formule moules/frites/desserts à 19€50 était parfaite pour ce dîner . Trop souvent , dans la plupart des restaurants , la sauce des moules est vite bâclée , et donc insipide . Nos amis et nous avions choisi 3 préparations différentes : marinières , crème, curry ; toutes très travaillées au vin blanc , et moultes herbes aromatiques . Nous nous sommes régalés avec le jus du fond . Bref nous recommandons les moules si le chef garde sa recette .Le tartare préparé à bien plu aussi . Tant que la qualité reste constante , nous serons fidèle . À noter de plus le service aimable et efficace .

Sur le Quai du Port, (se démarquant des pizzerias habituelles) j'ai repéré ce restaurant. Aimant le poisson, j'ai choisi le menu parfait : plateau de fruits de mer, des coquilles St-Jacques poëlées et une tarte normande. Une cuisine simple mais bien présentée. L'accueil est souriant A recommander
