It's become a great place again since the change of ownership. The young couple who took over are very friendly and welcoming, and they make excellent, generously filled, and original crêpes (a special mention for the crêpe Suzette, which is a real treat). We were very happy with our meal and highly recommend the daily specials, which are also very good and offer a nice change from crêpes (soups, homemade cakes, etc.). And all this is made with good, fresh ingredients, which is a welcome change from an overly long menu that inevitably suggests poor-quality products!

Delighted with my evening at La Fleur de Sel. I lived in Brittany for 10 years and I don't remember ever eating such delicious galettes. High-quality ingredients. Warm, smiling, and accommodating staff. Reasonable price. The new owners have improved this restaurant in every way. I'll be back 😊

The best crepes I've ever had. The ingredients are top quality and sourced from local producers. A warm atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recommend it.

In love with Brittany and crepes, I finally found THE best creperie and it's in... Vaison en Provence!!! The new owners are adorable, the place is nicely decorated and very comfortable and above all the crepes are delicious for a really reasonable price (excellent quality/price ratio therefore!!!). There were three of us at the table and we had the same pancake of the day: shrimp flambéed with pastis and its little vegetables. Original and delicious. For dessert, a crepe with pistachio cream (amazing!!!), a pear and chocolate crepe (fresh homemade caramelized pears and local chocolate: to die for) and finally a butter and sugar crepe (a treat). It really must be said that the fillings are super good but that the dough for both the galette and the crepes is perfect, word of a connoisseur. I can't wait to go back!!!
