Fleur de Sel achieves what few restaurants can: first, a warm welcome from the owner, then precise, generous, and flavorful cuisine prepared by the owner, served without fuss but with genuine care. The ingredients are impeccably chosen and prepared, the dishes are always expertly presented, and the whole experience exudes a seriousness and passion for the craft. It's professional, welcoming, and you immediately feel at ease.
This restaurant does Sarralbe proud and is definitely worth a visit. I recommend it without hesitation. The terrace is lovely in the summer.
The dishes are delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. The à la carte menu is varied and appealing.
Drawback: no children's menu.
