La Fleur de Sel sur Sarralbe

We came to celebrate our civil partnership at this restaurant after hearing many positive reviews, and unfortunately, the evening was disappointing. The vegetarian menu my mother ordered, which was specified at the time of booking for €50, started with a simple pasta dish, then turned out to be just ravioli, which was far from commensurate with the price. As for me, the only dish I was interested in (the octopus) was no longer available. I was offered a starter instead of a main course, but it arrived incomplete (melon without ham) due to an ordering error. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our main courses on a Thursday evening, with several service errors. My father had to ask for his beer three times before receiving it, a continuous beeping from a refrigerator was very unpleasant throughout the meal, and the drink selection seemed quite limited. We did appreciate the gesture of goodwill (complimentary drinks), but it didn't make up for the lack of organization and numerous mistakes. For a €50 menu, we expected a much better experience. We arrived at 7 pm and left at 10 pm, very disappointed.

A real gem! Excellent find: a varied menu of "raw" products prepared on-site, and very warm service. The setting and decor are beautifully designed; even the restrooms are gorgeous!

While in Sarralbe for work, I had lunch with a colleague at this restaurant. The welcome was very friendly. The owner greeted us warmly. I only ordered one dish, and she very kindly agreed to let me substitute grated cheese for the mashed potatoes. The lamb, prepared two ways—stewed and grilled rib—was simply delicious. On my next trips to the area, I will definitely choose this restaurant again. Thank you, madam. I look forward to seeing you again.

Everything was delicious, from the food to the choice of fleur de sel on the table. A big thank you to the waitress, who was very friendly and made the service very pleasant. We even left with a tin of their Italian olive oil (Coratina variety): a small, high-quality local producer, sold on-site. The only slight downside: the owner was unfortunately not smiling that day, which contrasted a bit with the friendliness of the rest of the team. A quick stop during our weekend trip to Strasbourg and a superb discovery. The service was very pleasant and the food was delicious and plentiful. We'll keep the address and will gladly stop by again on our next trip to Strasbourg ❤️

Incredible establishment, the decor is amazing, the food is refined and gourmet, the service is very good, and the welcome was very warm. A special mention goes to the decor of the restrooms, which are very, very clean.
