Overwhelmed staff (lack of staff) and not very fast and responsive, soft cake (in Brittany they make it crispy), 2 hours of waiting, no commercial gesture, friendliness with variable geometry, ultra expensive cider

Small restaurant with a terrace that overlooks a very cute square. I had a Provinoise crepe that was delicious, its pink mustard sauce gives it an incredible touch. The Burguer crepe was also good but I preferred the other one.
For dessert, the sweet crepes were also very delicious. Delicious apple ice cream, highly recommended. I give the service a 4★ because it took them a while to serve us, but the boss apologized saying that a waitress was on vacation, very nice of them to come and apologize.
In conclusion, very good experience, I highly recommend it.

Great, we had a nice time on the terrace. The staff is really great, very friendly and not too long of a wait between dishes. As for the cuisine, we all enjoyed the meal. 😋 we will come back. THANKS.

First time we came today and not disappointed, the pancakes are excellent! Dessert crepes are the same, garnished as required. Fair price for three with a child €60. We'll come back!

We had lunch today at 5. Very friendly owner, well-filled and delicious pancakes, well seated on the terrace, Beautiful place.

Good little creperie in the heart of downtown Provins.
Ideal for a stopover before going to see the shows (eagles and knights) 10 minutes away on foot.
The crepes are good and the service attentive although a little long.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews. The place is wonderful and the crepes are delicious, I took them with salmon, and there is an assortment of cider. But one young lady from the staff treated me very impolitely.
Considering that it was a trip and the mood was great, but after visiting the restaurant it deteriorated.

Belle surprise que cette crêperie. Nous avons mangé le midi. Galettes copieuses et savoureuses. Tellement bien que le soir nous y sommes retournés. Toujours aussi bien. Cadre agréable et bon service. Eric très sympathique avec nous. Venant de Bretagne nous sommes plutôt exigeants sur la qualité.
Encore merci. Et.... A une prochaine fois.
